“We received exceptional customer service from an evening shift worker with a blonde mustache, I think his name was Breidt. We called for a last minute rental, and he waited 10 minutes past closing for us. He provided quick service and went above and beyond. Give that man a raise!!”
“I returned the UHaul truck to Evanston - I didn't rent it there; I rented it in Wheeling, IL. The person in Evanston was helpful in understanding the different ways of renting and returning trucks at different locations in Chicago.”
“I did not know I could get my propain cylinder refilled there. It was so easy, freindly service aswell. They also re-certify your propain tank. So much cheaper than tank exchange at retail stores.”
“Great place! Jackie is really helpful and will go out of her way to make sure you're covered. Easy to pickup trucks and return them. Really liking the new mobile rental system that lets you skip the line or rent trucks after hours. Sometimes the wait is kinda long, since the rental process can take time. If they only have one person at the desk then you could end up waiting quite a bit. Doing it on your phone let's you skip all that. It's still a bit cumbersome though and involves taking lots of pictures of the truck your renting.”
