“Everything you’d hope for in a running shop. Great customer service, runner-centered foot scanning tech, prompt real-time responses from their Chicagoland warehouse. Only slight issue is parking. Other than that I’m a repeat happy customer :)”
“Had a great experience at Fleet Feet. They had scanned my daughter’s feet for spikes and then offered her a number of options and talked through the similarities and differences.
We finally settled on those shoes. When we bought the shoes a few weeks later, the gentleman that worked with us was professional, kind, and educative. He took the time to show us the cross country spikes and explain how they were different from regular running shoes, how to put them on, and then led my seventh grade daughter through all that. He showed how the spikes are put on the shoes and gave us separate bags for the different kinds of spikes. He had welcoming energy and facilitated our checkout asking if we remembers and giving us discounts for being members and because my daughter is a student. Good energy, educated and practical approach, and a kindness go along the way in my book.”
“Soooooo delicious! The pizza is actually amazing — it feels like a special experience with all these complex flavors and the perfect crispy crust! The service is top notch and the vibe is super fun! There are free arcade games in the back and board games you can play while you’re eating too! Can’t wait to come back!”
“Ken is the real deal and extremely dedicated to his clients. Although I could have easily shopped locally over 1,000 miles away, I chose to give Ken my business because he earned it, he was the first to respond to my inquiry and responsive to any emails or messages I sent him. Thank you Ken, keep up the great work!”
“What a wonderful shopping experience. My 8 year old son wanted a particular Chicago Bears jersey, and I could find it absolutely nowhere aside from Clark Street Sports. Great job all!!!”

“I love all of my Obvious Shirts! So comfortable, they keep their shape after many washings, and great designs! I had to have this one to commemorate Ryno.
I walked in the store this afternoon, and they were out of my size (I had a hunch they would be), but the guy working was just putting more on the rack, and found the right size! ?❤️”
“Wonderful patience and attention to detail throughout the scanning, fitting, and sizing experience. I feel confident in my choice and ready to hit the road. Thanks gang!”
“I cannot give this store enough credit. This is my “home” Burton store and Milo is my “home” board expert that I have relied on for 5 years since my first board purchase! Milo is a not only an expert but a snowboarder herself so I always know I can count on her tacit knowledge as well as her learned expertise in snowboarding as well as Burton products. My son is 9 yo and we have both been coming to Milo and Burton Chicago store for products, advice, as well as community. Basically this store has been a representation and key touchpoint for my perception of the Burton brand and Milo as its de facto persona! I love that she is highly professional, authentic, no frill. The snowboarding world can feel male driven and bro-ish and I love that the empowered female boarders like Milo and Toya at this store are standing up their rightful half of the culture and vibe. To me they are 100%! When I’m at 12,000 ft shredding that double diamond black extreme - feels good to know my Burton Chicago has my back.”
“I had an amazing experience at Rapha Chicago! Mallory was incredibly helpful—she was so informative and passionate about what she does. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the entire experience enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be making all my future purchases with her. If you’re looking for top-notch service, ask for Mallory! Highly recommend!”
“Great store in the neighborhood for all-things racquet sports. Solid selection of tennis, pickle, and other racquets, as well as service & re-string in a jiffy at great prices. Owner is an awesome guy, HIGHLY recommend it!”
“Came here based Google reviews. My son needed cleats, shin guards and socks. Easy street parking. We went around 12:30pm but it was closed despite the hours saying they were open at noon on Sunday. There were 2 other customers waiting outside and they let us know that someone was on the way to open the store and should be there in 10 minutes. We were relieved so to wait out the time, my son & I went next door and ordered smoothies. When the store opened, we walked in and noticed a great selection of cleats. The sales associate was helpful finding a pair of cleats for my son, but unfortunately they didn’t have his size. We did find shin guards and socks so the trip was worth it. I’ll be back when my son needs more gear.”
“As a big fan and player of hockey, I love visiting smaller local shops. Gunzo's is always a must when I'm in the Chicago area. Great atmosphere and a true passion for the game!”
“Rainbo is the best place in Chicagoland for all things skating. Their expertise in skates are second to none. I highly recommend you call and make an appointment if you need any maintenance or need to order skates. They are extremely busy because of the high caliber of service, and you may not be able to "drop in"”
“Excellent service. My jacket’s zipper was broken and my cleaners told me I needed a whole new zipper, which would take 10 days and a lot of money. These guys did a fix for free in 10 minutes! 10/10”
“Murphy's service is like service used to be. They know their stuff. The salesman (I forgot his name) asked a couple of questions and came back with a couple of styles. One was very close to what I like, but not perfect. He went in the back of the shop and came back with a couple more to try on. The first one was the one. They don't have a large selection, which I wasn't looking for. All I wanted was a good fit and a shoe for my type of workout. As for price I went to Zappos and the shoes were the same price and I got great service. Thanks”
“Chris is the best in the biz!! Seriously I don’t trust anyone else when it comes to running shoes and gear. He truly cares about making sure you find the right fit and is always so kind and helpful!”
“The facilities were clean. I seldom come here, and when I do, it's usually for my kid's classmates' birthday parties. Overall, the rooms are large enough to host rambunctious 5-year-olds.”
“First time I went here it was great service got a few bikes repaired there. I was wondering if you guys can install a back rear tire for an electric scooter? Mostly putting the rim on the rubber part if it’s possible. I’ll add a picture. If possible plz feel free to reply ?.”
“Hands down some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet in this line of work. Amazing pros and home to the legendary Racket man. Guaranteed to walk out happier than when you walk in. Fresh hot coffee always brewing and the facility is spotless and clean.”
“Great store, even more, great people. Everyone is personable, professional, and invested in all the Peloton products. We’ve purchased a Bike+, Tread, and Guide from this location. They’ve also got apparel which is a great gift for those folks in your life who Peloton.”
“I enjoy stopping by when ever I am in the shopping mall. Friendly service and a wide variety of equipment. New and used. I have been able to slowly put together a home gym with their well priced items and again a large variety of inventory. It changes day to day so worth a peek in. Kids love to get a ball, Frisbee, scooter or anything sports related. They have bike repairs as well - done in shop but just call ahead to make sure it isn't busy. They will take/purchase your gear and possibly may do it as store credit too. Check it out.”
“Highly recommend this Play it again sports for all your athletic and fitness equipment needs, their battling cages in the back, and custom apparel made! I have taken my kids in for volleyball knee pads, ice skates, soccer cleats, shin guards, etc, and weights for myself. The staff is always friendly and eager to help you find what you are looking for.
As a business owner, I use their battling cage space in the back for mom and me classes. They are so welcoming and accommodating to me and our families.
Lastly, just used them to make custom hoodies for our members and they did a great job! They were reasonably priced, great quality, and were available quickly. This business, owner, and staff are great!”
“I love this place. Old-time hardware store w friendly knowledgeable staff. Especially for our older homes, if you need it, they have it. I hope residents support this gem, by giving them their business.”
“Beautifully curated athletic wear with solid brands. I had to stop myself before spending all my monies. I cannot wait to be back and get a hoodie and running shoes!”

“Most of the products are higher quality and thus the price tags reflects it. This last time I went, the customer service was beyond expectation. Both the conversation and guidance was very helpful in my journey to buying the product. I will definitely be a returning customer.”
“I had to stop at City Sports to get me a ball cap. Thats like the number one thing for me to do when I go out of town. I found a real cool Chicago Cubs New Era cap with a red bill. The store owner was really cool and gave me a little discount since a brotha was from out of town. I wish the Chi town drivers were a little more accomodating but hay.lol”
“Brittany and Jordana were very helpful and had amazing customer service. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes at closing time and they were very patient and enthusiastic. I came back the next day for my third pair.”
“Omg! Super exited of my new tote bags! Thanks to Mario and his dad Roberto for making them so uniquely for me ☺️ great quality. Satisfaction guaranteed on timely manner my order ?? and great pricing”
“Very knowledgeable staff and room to test out new gear. We bought my 12 year old a bike and Brett could not have been nicer. He helped size it and then made sure it was in good shape before we purchased the bike. We couldn’t fit the bike in the car and Brett came out and took off the front wheel. He made sure we understood how to put the wheel back on before we drove off. We also had to buy a baseball bat and Mike made sure my son had the right size and weight.”
