“I got new running shoes this week. The assessment and service were great! I’m so happy with the shoes I purchased. I will definitely be back to the Lincoln-square location.”
“I loved their free diagnostic exam for my feet, it helped me confirm and discover a lot of points about my necessities regarding my personal way of walking and feet structure. Staff is very helpful and guided me through diverse shoe models evaluation, they listen to you and give you the best type of shoe you need. Definitely recommend coming and take the exam so you know what's best for your feet even if you work retail.”
“Soooooo delicious! The pizza is actually amazing — it feels like a special experience with all these complex flavors and the perfect crispy crust! The service is top notch and the vibe is super fun! There are free arcade games in the back and board games you can play while you’re eating too! Can’t wait to come back!”
“Great store. Creative products! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. You can't beat this store, either in Wrigleyville or on-line!! Take some time and visit their site. So original and great quality!”
“Wonderful patience and attention to detail throughout the scanning, fitting, and sizing experience. I feel confident in my choice and ready to hit the road. Thanks gang!”
“I've visited this store a couple of times—once to purchase a gift card and more recently to pick up some items for a die-hard Cubs fan friend of mine. The store is clean, welcoming, and well laid out, with just about everything a sports fan could ever want.
My friend and I now live in Florida, so it was special to bring a little piece of Wrigley Field to him. The gentleman who helped me at checkout was friendly, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. He made me feel like I was at home and like I had been a longtime customer.
Great customer service is becoming harder and harder to find these days, but you'll definitely experience it at Clark Street Sports. On top of the outstanding service, their merchandise is well-priced. I highly recommend stopping in if you're looking for quality sports memorabilia and a great shopping experience.”
“I wanted to send a quick note to say how happy I was with my purchase today.
I visited the store just after lunch and met Gary, who was wonderful to work with. He really knew his stuff, and it was clear that he is an expert in his field. He had me walk in front of him and was able to identify exactly what kind of shoe I needed just by analyzing my gait.
I could tell he was very serious about his work and truly knew what he was talking about. I went with his suggestion, and I am quite happy with the results. The shoes he picked out appear to be fantastic for running, which is a topic Gary and I discussed at length.
This store clearly knows what they are doing and offers a great selection of running shoes and accessories. I will certainly be coming back again and again.
Best regards,
Abe”
“My first time in this store , it has a nice selection of jerseys and cleats .The lady was very pleasant , I dropped my jersey off so they can put a name and number . Sure, check it out , why not .”
“Didn't have the size I needed in the model I was looking at, but Maye was so friendly & helpful she even offered to order it for me, but the shoe website was down.
I will be back!!”
“Great store in the neighborhood for all-things racquet sports. Solid selection of tennis, pickle, and other racquets, as well as service & re-string in a jiffy at great prices. Owner is an awesome guy, HIGHLY recommend it!”
“Excellent service. My jacket’s zipper was broken and my cleaners told me I needed a whole new zipper, which would take 10 days and a lot of money. These guys did a fix for free in 10 minutes! 10/10”
“Rainbo is the best place in Chicagoland for all things skating. Their expertise in skates are second to none. I highly recommend you call and make an appointment if you need any maintenance or need to order skates. They are extremely busy because of the high caliber of service, and you may not be able to "drop in"”
“Erich and his store staff are attentive, responsive, and helpful, and the store has a wide variety of equipment for athletes of all ages and sizes. I recently had a minor fulfillment issue with a team uniform order, and it was handled promptly with a generous resolution. We will definitely be back for quality gear, and I highly recommend them!”
“The facilities were clean. I seldom come here, and when I do, it's usually for my kid's classmates' birthday parties. Overall, the rooms are large enough to host rambunctious 5-year-olds.”
“Jimmy is the best when it comes to knowledge stringing products service and kindness. Always love going there and catching up with Jimmy and whenever I go to get rackets restrung I know that I’m in for a treat compared to some of the other places in the area , quality and timeliness wise, Jimmy does the best and he is the best. I’m grateful for him and his establishment.

“The owner provided excellent service and advice! We bought equipment and a bike from this location. 1 year warranty on the bike. Very impressed with the quality of the items and the customer service. Thank you!”
“I love this place. Old-time hardware store w friendly knowledgeable staff. Especially for our older homes, if you need it, they have it. I hope residents support this gem, by giving them their business.”
“Hands down some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet in this line of work. Amazing pros and home to the legendary Racket man. Guaranteed to walk out happier than when you walk in. Fresh hot coffee always brewing and the facility is spotless and clean.”
“I have been a customer since 1995. Great place for all your Hockey needs. Excellent one on one customer service. Skate sharpening, minor repairs ability and an extensive equipment inventory make this a great store. I have bought multiple ice hockey skates, inline skates, and figure skates for my kid at this store.”
“I took my not-always-cooperative young shopper with me today to get new shoes for him and the service couldn’t have been better. From start to finish the process was easy, the staff were (as always) friendly, and we left with the correct size, which was different from the size I had thought he needed. I couldn’t resist a new pair of Goodrs for myself as well. :) Thanks, Lively, for being a dependable OP store with great customer service.”
“this dude is polite and very good at letting you know prices and you can call to check id there are any specific ones u want, Highly recommend anyone in this place to shop and buy your stuff”
“The people who are complaining saying “bad service”, or “poor communication”, I have no idea what they are talking about, honestly think that they are purposely leaving bad reviews. I was just here, its a great shop, with nice and helpful workers. Some cards seem a little pricey but great overall 4.5/5.”
“We’ve been to 4 other bike shops today looking for an E Bike for my mom. Met with mediocre customer service from all shops until we found Kozy! Luis was incredible! So nice, not pushy, and so quick to answer questions and get us exactly what we were looking for. We’ll definitely be back to this shop for all future bike needs! We weren’t even looking to actually buy one today but we ended up walking out of the door with one. Shows how far great customer service can go. Thanks again Luis and team in the service department!”
“I needed some vests embroidered for my business, Manic Maids. It was a small run, so I wasn’t sure if some would just do a handful of items. I called around and reached out to Mario. He was quick to answer my questions, gave me a reasonable quote, and made it easy to email my artwork over. I dropped off the vests and embroidery was done within 24 hours. It looks great - just what I needed. They took credit card, which was a plus. I’d use them again for sure. They were good to work with.
As a side note, they had some really cool embroidery and screen printing examples in the office. It looks like they can do some impressive stuff.”
“I had to stop at City Sports to get me a ball cap. Thats like the number one thing for me to do when I go out of town. I found a real cool Chicago Cubs New Era cap with a red bill. The store owner was really cool and gave me a little discount since a brotha was from out of town. I wish the Chi town drivers were a little more accomodating but hay.lol”
“We loved our experience! We went for a bulls game! It was great! Awesome seats loved that we ordered food from our phones and it was brought right to us quickly. The staff were very friendly and the venue was clean.”
“Brittany and Jordana were very helpful and had amazing customer service. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes at closing time and they were very patient and enthusiastic. I came back the next day for my third pair.”
“I came in the shop ready to finally invest in my own pair of hockey skates. The overall vibe in the shop was great! The staff at this Gunzos location was knowledgeable and friendly. The young man who helped me with my skates was patient, attentive, provided expertise, and ensured that I got skates that fit well. My purchase of skates included a skate bake and an initial sharpening. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality hockey equipment in the city to check out this store. I will be sure to return for my additional sharpening and any other ice skating needs. They also had a great supply of Blackhawks merch as well!”

“On July 1st, these days it’s very rare to come across a memorable customer service experience. With Zach, assisting me with a gym shoe purchase? He went above and beyond making sure of my shoe selection.
Thank you, Zach!!
Exemplary customer service!!”
