“Chase bank has great perks like quick pay and bonus for opening accounts but you'll need an emailed code. Paul helped me opened my account and was very thorough with the whole process. I see a long future with chase bank. This bank can get packed most of the time but it's the closest one around norridge haha.”

Then I had to wait for a banker to help me with my needs and the wait was ok. The Hispanic lady banker was very kind and helpful. “I barely write reviews but i want to share how helpful Christine Flores was towards me today. I came to the bank due to issues with my credit card.She helped me call the credit card department and though my issue has not been resolved (I was told to wait a little bit more to retry again) I still want to write a great review for her. Christine was very sweet and kind to not just me but I noticed to every customer that walked in. I was so anxious and irritated from what was going on with my cc but she calmed me down and told me I’m not the first and everything will be resolved. She kept telling me to calm be down.Keep the great work Christine!”
“I've been coming to this bank for years and also had some matters to take care of at this PNC branch today. Never had any issues. This branch is open past 5 PM compared to other branches, which is nice for last minute trips. Today's visit, I handled some matters with bank agent Arkadiusz Andrzejuk. He was extremely friendly, helpful with answering questions, and addressing my concerns. I strongly recommend this PNC branch for its friendly staff.”
