We had an issue with the mass air flow sensor and after they fixed it, they helped us with replacing a couple hoses with holes in them. “I rarely leave reviews, but this shop went above and beyond to earn a customer for life.
I initially brought my van in for repairs, and the team was transparent, fast, and very reasonably priced. Shortly after, a minor warranty issue came up with a defective part to no fault of their own, these things happen. Instead of giving me the runaround or being passive, they took immediate ownership, apologized profusely for the inconvenience, and replaced the part completely free of charge under warranty right away.
When it came time for pickup, my wife called ahead with specific instructions regarding our key for security, and the team accommodated her request perfectly. When I arrived, the doors were open, and I was greeted by a friendly staff member who warmly handed me my keys directly from the office and walked me through everything they did.
They do the job right, communicate clearly, and take genuine pride in their work and customer care. I will absolutely be bringing all my vehicles back here!”
