“The mechanics were knowledgeable and very friendly. They assessed my concern with my TPMS and told me honestly that I had 3/4 dead, but they recommended I consider having them all changed at once because likely the 4th will go out. I had shopped around and Cassidy had the lowest price of the three. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family and will return for new tires in about 10,000 miles.
The person at the front counter was filling in for the day from another location. He was very friendly and kindly answered my questions.

They have offered fair prices for everything and have never tried to upsell me like other places do.

“I picked up a small screw in my tire sometime today. Didn’t want to take it out on my own when I got home for fear that I’d wake up to a flat. They got my car in quickly, took it out, sealed it and had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes! Great service! Thank you!”

“I just had Suburban Tire replace my car battery. The price for the Interstate battery was inline with other estimates that I had. The installation charge was very reasonable at $35. They did a very detailed inspection of most other components with service recommendations. There were no high pressure tactics and all services were performed while I waited. The pricing I was quoted for my truck was fair and reasonable. They were able to get me in the following week and my truck is better than ever now! Finding a good shop that isn’t over pricing the work is difficult (especially when your dad is a mechanic so you know what things should cost). “Needed an oil change, needed a place that I could wait. Called and got in right away. Not only did I get the oil done, but they discovered really dirty filters so got those replaced. Had air put into the tires and did a rotation to boot, free lifetime with tires.

They can usually give me a ride to my workplace and back so I don't have to hang around. Or provide a "loaner". And they try to help me keep costs down for things like the new tires I bought last fall. Allen is a superb auto tech and is very thorough and meticulous.
