“I took my 2024 Kia Telluride to Gerald’s for routine maintenance and to take care of some service items. Richard and Rich took great care of me. I worked with their mechanic Rob to isolate a problem and he was able to identify and fix the problem right away. Overall, I would rate their customer service as exceptional. “On a recent trip from NiagaraFalls Canada my truck broke down and was barely drivable. I managed to pull off the highway in North Aurora and after some friendly advice and parking my truck at the local police station, I had Red' garage get my vehicle. They were more than just good in fact they exemplified what great service should be. They diagnosed the problem kept me informed every day on their progress and two days later I had my truck back and running. I have no hesitation on recommending them if you need to a vehicle fixed.
