“We went here for some little tidbits. It was clean and inviting. They have a large selection of fruits and berries. I also love going here for cheese it has one of the best selections that come from around the world! My husband loves coming here for familiar candy. There are so many selections of food that are also found around the world if you look ! Also is a fun section with random things even seasonal I love coming here and seeing the fun trinkets they have.”

“I absolutely love this store considering Im a person that hates lines. Everyone is super nice & helpful. Surprisingly, the Amazon Fresh brand items are good & super cheap compared to brand name brand items. The only thing I wish they had was a walk-up deli. They have a deli area, but hard to find someone to cut lunchmeat on demand. Due to convenience, I'll let that one slide.”

“Much like every Trader Joe's, this boutique grocery store has all the interesting items, pre-made meal kits, and frozen foods from an international selection. I came to this branch hust to see if there were foods different from the Oak Park store. 99% the same, though I thought the way they grouped the sections (cereals, dried fruit, coffees, etc.) was better to see what you want. Certainly, the access to a large parking lot is more convenient, even though the lot was still almost full.”

“This was my first time at the LaGrange Farmers market. It was also opening day for the season. I gave only 4 stars because there were only a couple of vendors that were actually selling fruits and vegetables. I did however buy from several vendors including a coffee vendor, a bakery vendor and a cheese snack vendor. I also found a booth that was collecting items such as shoes, needles and other items. I will definitely be back to donate my items not only does it help save the environment but it also helps with charity. I will definitely go back throughout the summer to see what new items they have to offer.”

“This Trader Joe's is awesome! The staff are super friendly and will always recommend great products to try out (like the pickle popcorn, which is either amazing or horrifying depending on your taste). They have pretty fair prices and some interesting things, but the parking lot is TINY and finding a spot isn't always easy. I'd shop here any day of the week!”

“Great neighborhood market that is actually fun to shop at. I am always surprised by the unexpected items that can be found in this small store. For example: Publican and Aya breads, Elegant Farmer pies, Sputnik and Dark Matter coffee, Slagle meats, Carbone pasta sauce, organic fruits and vegetables and any number of locally sourced products. They even have propane tanks, firewood and ice. Occasionally I even receive a random 10% off.”

“Ed's Way is the perfect neighborhood market. Whether you need an item or two for a meal or want to complete your list, Ed's is well stocked with items. The meat case is phenomenal and fresh. You won't find a lot of exotic items but they do have a great spice collection.”

“It is conveniently located off 55 near 83. It's right between Hinsdale and Clarendon Hills. The parking lot isn't huge, so be careful and watch for drivers zig zagging and running the stop signs. It gets nuts sometimes. I usually buy sale items or necessities. It's nice too because there's a Starbucks inside. Cashiers are friendly, and the self checkout moves pretty quickly.”

“I recently found myself at Fresh Thyme Market, driven by a specific craving for Cinnamon Roasted Almonds. With a reluctance to make the trek to North Riverside Mall, I decided to explore what this local grocery store had to offer. Having visited once before and had a positive experience, my expectations were already set high.Upon entering, I couldn't help but draw parallels between Fresh Thyme Market and Whole Foods, albeit on a more intimate scale. What truly stood out during my visit was the consistently pleasant demeanor of every single employee. Their friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere that added to the overall positive vibe of the store. One aspect that immediately caught my attention was the organization and stocking of the grocery store. The aisles were neatly arranged, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. As someone who appreciates a well-organized shopping environment, I found the attention to detail commendable. My quest for Cinnamon Roasted Almonds led me to a whole aisle dedicated to a diverse selection of nuts. The variety was impressive, and I was pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I was looking for. The availability of a wide range of nuts showcased the store's commitment to catering to diverse tastes and preferences. In addition to the nut aisle, I couldn't help but notice the fresh flower collection. The prices were reasonable, and the bouquets were surprisingly large for a grocery store. It was a delightful touch to see such a vibrant and well-priced selection of flowers, adding a touch of beauty to the shopping experience. In summary, my visit to Fresh Thyme Market was a delightful experience. The friendly staff, well-organized layout, and unexpected finds like the extensive nut selection and fresh flowers made it a worthwhile trip. If you're in search of a grocery store that combines a warm atmosphere with quality products, Fresh Thyme Market is definitely worth a visit.”

“This is one of the best places to get a sub anywhere. On top of that, everyone is friendly and welcoming.Ordered the Alpine and a roast beef sandwich with giardiniera. The giardiniera is fantastic here and I'll be picking up a jar on my next visit. The bread is fresh and has the right amount of chew. The meat and cheese are freshly sliced and the vinegar and oil mix goes perfectly with the lettuce and tomato.”

“Much more reasonable than Jewel....and Fairplay even has things in stock unlike Jewel who ever since Covid is always out of stock and when you do ask what's going on they get snotty when they answer you:)I read something about Kroger buying out Jewel....I hope that happens because I am very tired of Jewel!!!I understand there were supply chain issues during Covid but it seems everyone but Jewel has gotten back on track!!!!”

“Stopped in here today to pick up some items for Christmas dinner this weekend. Been going here for years and the food and service is always great. I also had the privilege to pay it forward by purchasing a woman's groceries for her who was behind me in line. She gave me a Christmas hug and thanked me. Being kind and generous doesn't cost a thing and the smile and hug we shared was priceless. Happy Holidays Everyone !”

“It's a shame that there are so few of these delis left in the area; there used to be three or four along a couple of miles of Archer down here (including Bobak's), but I guess the demographics no longer supports them. It was a joy to find this place by accident. We go to this tiny place mainly for the beet borscht, bigos (to DIE for!), and pierogis. I smiled when I noticed they actually have wooden barrels of kapusta and pickled cukes wedged into a rear corner. They have all different kinds of fresh pierogi and, for such a small space, a pretty good sausage/meat selection. I know very little about East European sausage names, but it would probably be wise to call ahead if you are looking for a certain kind.”
