We added the stones of my grandchildren and came up with an absolutely beautiful tribute to my kids in grandkids. She brought it to the back room to asses the issue a few minutes later she came out and said I need to test it to make sure it’s fixed. I thought this was going to be an ordeal and needed to leave it for diagnose and or repair. Five minutes later she brought Moms clock out of the back room and said your all set. I was and still am amazed at her wonderful attitude and her ability to repair it in a few minutes. While I was waiting two different associates asked if I needed anything and the store is immaculate and has a large inventory. There is something for everyone. The price was right!
