“We stayed at the Hilton the night before our flight, a Friday. We had 2 framed pictures that I thought we could get on the plane. Unfortunately they were too big. Upon the suggestion of the front desk employee, we left them there for the UPS store to ship out on Monday. The store called me Monday to give me an update and ask if how quickly I needed them, I didn't need them fast just needed them to get to me safely as the sentimental value was very high. She called the next day with a price. I was expecting to pay quite a bit more. The pictures arrived 4 days later unharmed and in perfect condition. The packaging was unbelievable. Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking care of my pictures.”
“I only go to this UPS store. The owners (I think) Kate and Michael are hustlers! :0). If there is a line they keep it moving. They are efficient, knowledgeable and kind! Mike is currently helping me ship something odd shaped and is going above and beyond trying to help me find the most cost effective way to ship it. It's a huge (UPS) company with a small boutique feel and costumer service. Thank you ?”

“i’ve had to come here a few times to drop off online return orders, including some from amazon. the front desk people are very helpful. one woman helped me last time and she walked me through how to get amazon on the phone promptly so that i could get more return labels (they hadn’t sent me enough) and then she helped me quickly print those labels in the store. parking out front is somewhat difficult due to limited street parking and busy street but i’ve been lucky every time i’ve come.”

“I was a Lil irritated due to UPS was supposed to pick up a heavy box 5days ago. I asked my neighbor to put 2 boxes in the car. I got to the Westchester office around 820a. I went in and asked if there was a cart to bring them in. Ash and Loyal immediately went to my car and both carried a box in with no hesitation. To say they went over and beyond for me is an understatement. My wrist was messed up and I couldn't have done it myself. Big Kudos that real gentleman works at the Westchester office.”

“This location is always busy, but all the staff are nice and fast. And there is a parking lot over there even though the car space is quite small, they open until 7pm on weekdays, 5pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday now, but not holidays. Hope this information can help!”
“This location has workers that every storefront would like to have. They are so helpful and make things go so easy every time I go. They are bilingual and some of the best workers I have encountered. Would really like to have them work for my storefront at a really good pay. Jenifeer, Noemi, Eric, and Frankie are the reason customers come back to this store. I wouldn't be shipping UPS if it wasn't for them.”
