This UPS store was quite busy 30 minutes before they closed, yet, they moved quickly to help me tape up my shipment and get me going in under 5 minutes.

It is under new ownership since I had gotten my contract, but it doesn't seem to effect much.
Now, the only issue I currently have is the difficulty with parking, which is NOT their fault!
Right in front is a bus stop and directly across the street is a HUGE parking lot for a restaurant that does not EVER get enough business to fill it!!! Soooo... I'll let that rest there!
On another note, MANY who have heavy packages to drop off or pick will stop close to the door as possible with their hazards on. Sadly, when they return to their vehicles, they'll have a ticket of $75 or more!
ANYONE can observe that this is one of Taylor Street's GEM of a spot, and you'll think the city will work with it, but does NOTHING! I don't link that issue to UPS but the greed of Chicago!
In spite of it all... It is one of my FAVORITE places to visit here in Chicago... And there's not too many!!!
Oh, sure, there's nice things to see here and architecture to admire, but sometimes the people surrounding them or whose employed there can make it an unpleasant experience... But NOT HERE!!!

East Bank is clean, dry, free of bugs, and safe when you visit your locker. There has never been any mold or mildew on my belongings.
The staff gives good customer service, especially Linda. She assesses what you need and can come up with a locker that is just the right size and within your budget.
I would recommend East Bank to anyone.”

“I love this UPS store and Dana (I am sorry if I spelled your name wrong) specifically. I had a very important package that I was waiting for over the course of Labor Day weekend. It got delayed as packages sometimes due and we have just moved so I was not used to our new buildings protocol for handling packages that need a signature and they were relentless and making sure I was updated on when it got to the store after I had it redirected there. My dad passed this past weekend and having them check in with me really helped when so much of the rest of my life is chaos. Thank you.”

“I absolutely love going to this location, everyone is always so nice and helpful. They always greet me and everyone who walks in the door. Everytime I go, usually in the evening they are busy, busy BUT they are always patient and help everyone with a smile.
The other day I went in to return a few amazon items and when I mean a few it was probably about 10. I was going to do it myself even though there wasnt anyone else waiting to be helped in the store. I just felt bad it was that many items. CHAD greeted me when I walked in and I told him I had a lot of things that I would do the return myself and if I needed help i would let him know. He saw how many things I had and he did not hesitate to help me. He said not to worry that he could take care of it. Honestly that was very kind of him. He took his time and made sure everything was seperated and scanned appropriately. I really appreciated all his help. It probably would've taken me 2x the amount of time it took him to do the return process.
I have moved house since, but I will still continue to return to this location if and whenever I need their assistance. They are an amazing staff.
