“I want to take a moment to recognize Juan and another employee (I unfortunately didn’t catch their name) for the outstanding customer service they provided.
From the moment I walked in, they greeted me and immediately asked how they could assist. They took the time to understand my situation and truly went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. Juan even explained a bit of the background on why the jeans I purchased didn’t fit correctly, which I really appreciated. They both reassured me that everything would be taken care of and that they would make sure I left satisfied.
While they were confirming everything on their end, I went to the fitting room to try the clothes on. By the time I came back out, everything was already prepared for me. All that was left was confirming the adjustment and I was good to go. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.
Both employees were extremely polite, professional, and genuinely kind. They had great attitudes, welcoming smiles, and were more than willing to help no matter the circumstances. It’s honestly rare these days to find customer service like that.

I came in looking for a dress to wear with cowgirl boots and had no idea where to go with it and from the moment I walked in, Marleny made me feel welcomed and taken care of she also went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed.You can tell she really cares about customers and takes pride in what she does.
