“i had a really great experience here opening a PO Box. i was slightly hesitant based on the negative reviews so i just want to add my positive experience in case anyone is on the fence.There was one employee at the desk and she was very nice, helpful, and efficient with myself and everyone in front of me despite being it kind of being a holiday (Monday July 3).There were three people in front of me and i still got in, registered, and out before my 15min parking was up.I didn’t catch her name, but the employee working today was so lovely and i wouldn’t hesitate recommending people to use this location!”

He always suggest ways to ship for less and always has a smile on his face. I asked about holiday stamps and he went out of his way to find some for me. “This is truly the USPS I’ve ever been to. I had trouble getting my fingerprints but both ladies there had so much patience with me and really tried everything what they can do to help me out for literally an hour and a half. And I eventually was able to get record from FBI within the day, thanks to the two best employees in this location. I can’t say enough how thankful I am for their persistence and service-mindedness. Thank you so much again!! You guys are the best!!”

I didn't think they would but Walgreens did!Great advice! “This was my first time here and yes it was very busy time and I was getting very frustrated that there was only one person working at the counter so I decided to use the self check out. With my luck my receipt printed but my postage did not. Back to the line I went, the kind gentleman let me back into where I was previously and the staff was very polite and helpful to address my concerns quickly. Despite tensions being high and grumpy patrons they were able to make everything correct within a short amount of time. Cindy, Kenneth & the African American lady with the braces and bangs (didn’t catch her name) where absolutely nothing short of superb.”

“I didn’t know they stopped processing passport applications after 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:58pm and was told they stopped already. I stayed calm and asked politely if it was still possible to process my application anyways after explaining how dire my situation was and the young woman decided to process my application because she was still at her desk (a little sassy but, I was late after all)She then explained in detail how the process works and told me exactly how I’d receive all my documents in a professional and helpful manner. She was happy to repeat any part I didn’t understand as the process is quite odd as you send over your original birth certificate along with a check and leave with nothing after doing so which is a little unnerving.Alas, this all occurred on 9/27/23. It is now 10/30/23 and I just received my passport! (I paid extra to expedite my application)Thank you to that young woman for putting in the extra effort for me. It was seriously appreciated.”

“The stars are for our local postal carrier, Mr. Thorn, he is awesome. He's been our mailman for 2 and a 1/2 years, and we absolutely love him. He is so kind and goes above and beyond. He interacts with our children and has built a friendship with our family and the families on our block. He not only looks out for our neighborhood and neighbors, which includes safety; example suspicious cars/activities/people who don't live there, but he interacts, makes conversation, takes the time to get to know the community. Recently, he found out about a recent diagnosis with one of our children. He bought and dropped off balloons for her. It put a smile on her face. She loves balloons and she likes smiley faces. One of the balloons was a smiley face. I know this may sound cheesy but he really is the Mr. Roger's of our neighborhood. There's no gift that would ever be a good enough thank you gift for his daily kindness. I hope that he would get a raise, bonus and whatever time off that he desires!
