“I can’t say enough great things about BlueSky Tire and Auto Service! I brought my vehicle in with a flat tire, and they went above and beyond to help me out. They were able to find new tires the same day and had everything including an alignment, done within just a few hours. I had my car back by the end of the day, and it drives perfectly. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The manager, Chris, was especially helpful. I don’t know much about tires or vehicles, but he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in their work. I truly trusted him, and that means a lot. They did a fantastic job, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Highly, highly recommend BlueSky Tire and Auto Service to anyone looking for honest, fast, and friendly service!”

“Mobile One is a bit of a drive for me, but Jason's excellent customer service and extensive VW knowledge makes the trip worthwhile. I cherish my GTI and am grateful to have its care in the hands of a Volkswagen savant.”

“Honest, knowledgeable mechanics and service writers who understand the need to balance maintenance, performance, safety and cost and know how to do it. My cars get a thorough "once over" every visit. A great way to minimize breakdowns. August 2024. Part 2 of my review. My car had a major breakdown. All of the above still applies. It would not surprise me if the collective, professional experience here exceeds 100 years. My next visit will be a routine oil change. If there were 6 stars My rating would be six. Thank you all for a great experience.”

“I recently purchased my leased auto. Before this and for the past 20+ years my vehicles were always under factory warranty. Living in Glenview and now needing a trustworthy, reliable service company I reached out to GreatWater. I initially brought my auto in because I was told by the dealer that I needed rear brakes. GreatWater inspected my breaks and told me that I didn’t need brakes now and probably had 6 more months of break life. This I really appreciated. Since basic service on my fuel lines was required, I had them do this service. I will be using GreatWater from this point on for my auto service needs.”

“They go out of their way to work with extended warranty companies to get the best possible outcome. They are honest and say “you don’t need this, let’s do it next time.” I trust their judgement and they have never let me down in the last 10 years.”

“I had an excellent experience at Glenview Luxury Imports thanks to Anki, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. Anki took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure, made sure I understood all the features and options, and worked hard to get me a great deal. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when buying a car. I highly recommend asking for Anki if you’re shopping here – he made what can be a stressful process actually enjoyable!”

“Came in for an alignment after putting on my summer wheels and noticed the rear wheel was toe'ed in a lot, and the car behaved strange under hard acceleration. Tony was great and easy to schedule with via email and fantastic to work with. I wanted to have a slightly more aggressive alignment vs what the factory recommends as my car is modified. Tony helped me find a good compromise between a car that's eager to turn in and more lively feeling, and a car that's easy to live with and stable at speeds. Will definitely be a returning customer.”

“Excellent experience with Kim’s Auto Service ! The team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and did quality work at a fair price. It’s hard to find a repair shop you can truly trust, but I’m very happy with the service I received here. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs and highly recommend Kim’s Auto Service to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic!”

“My family and I have used Lekas Auto for the past 20 years. Mark and team are the most honest experienced body shop we have worked with. After getting rear ended by a drunk driver, Mark helped me navigate working with insurance and fixing our car. I cannot thank him enough. The car looks great and was completed in a timely manner. I would not go anywhere else!”

“I've had a long and complicated repair journey with my Infiniti Q50 that ultimately included an engine replacement and subsequent charging system issues. It was not their fault but Dan and his team treated me fairly and stood behind their work. Most recently, their lead technician (Benji) installed a new OEM Infiniti alternator and took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. What impressed me most was the professionalism and integrity of the shop. They were conscientious in their work, honest in their communication, and fair in how they handled the inevitable issues that arose. They focused on solving the problem rather than simply replacing parts. I especially appreciate that they took the time to diagnose the issue carefully and were willing to work with me to reach a fair outcome. That's becoming increasingly rare. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Import Service to anyone looking for an experienced, trustworthy independent repair shop.”

“Great experience. Worked closely with Chris for a fender bender. Chuck's went out of their way to assist, and turned around my car in a matter of days, and worked closely with insurance. Was seamless, and the car looks like brand new after I was rear ended. Will definitely take any future body work there (hoping it's not needed though:).”

“One of the most fortunate occurrences involving auto repair for me was when I was recommended to have Pat Weber troubleshoot and repair my car’s electrical problem over 20 years ago. From then on I would bring my cars to Pat for involved repairs. Expert repairs are one thing but skillful diagnosis makes all the difference between a professional job versus time and material wastefulness to the customer. Pat brings his wealth of experience and superb analytics to each job whether the job is straightforward or complex. His automotive teaching experience has kept him abreast of the latest in diagnostic instruments and techniques so you can be rest assured of skilled repairs whether yours is a Jeep or a classic Mercedes, which was my situation. I enjoy working on cars but I can also highly recommend putting your automotive repair needs into Pat Weber’s hands. Gary N.”

“This place was highly recommended to me from a close friend. I’ve been bringing my 2001 Toyota 4Runner here for over 1 year now, and it’s the only place I absolutely trust to work on my car to the point of me moving to South Carolina recently, yet still bringing my car here when I’m in town.”

“I brought in my 2018 Honda Odyssey for my front bumper fix. I hit a rock and completely teared my front bumper off and also ripped the fog light and turn signal wires. So the entire front bumper plus electrical works needed to be replaced. Thank god I found the Car Studio based on other good reviews! Stan the owner is honest and responsible. He quoted me $1K LESS than other body shops around the area for the job. He delivered my car within the timeframe he estimated with beautiful results! My car was like brand new afterwards and it looked like the accident had never happened! He also went above and beyond try to save me money. He explained that the electrical works Honda quoted him would add an additional $700 labor cost on top of his estimates but he was able to find a junior electrician for the job and he did not charge me a dime extra! Highly recommend The Car Studio!! You can rest assure that you will get the perfect results with honest pricing.”

“Brandon will leave no stone unturned... his relentless attention to detail will leave you scratching your head... He has been our mechanic for 10+ years now - for all our cars. He especially treats our vintage air-cooled VW like it's one of the family, stroking its finicky habits to cooperation... Don't think twice. You're in good hands here...”
