I expressed some frustrations brought upon by Assurant, and even though it wasn't her issue, Martha offered solutions that she could help with. She was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. She finished my screen replacement faster then the time it took me on the phone initiating the insurance claim. When I think of, what customer service should look like, I picture her!
