Reason is to celebrate my daughter who by tomorrow will be graduating a sailor for the United States Navy. Thank everyone dead or alive for their service 🙏. Anyhoot my father in law forgot to pack the charger for his Minolta camera with which he was going to use for the graduation. So we headed to a place called Battaries plus. Well let me just say that a beautiful young lady. Her name is Hailey. Me and my father in law were so blown away with her work ethics ,knowledge tunasaty, attitude, and customer service skills. Mind u this camera was suppose to be used for my daughter's graduation from the Navy. Sad to say that they didn't have the part we were looking for. Due to Hailey 's attentiveness and courtesy to due all she could to find us the part but also trying to find a alternative way knowing how important it was to get it working. When all was said and done. It just so happened that it wasn't our day so we were shit out of luck at fixing the problem with which we drove to that store for. Due to Hailey 's pride in her job to due everything she could possibly due plus all her attributes that i first used to describe Hailey we still left her store feeling better than when we first walked in. Leaving without resolving the issue we went to the store to fix to begin with. With that said it was her out standing customer service skills and knowledge we still left that store laughing and happier then when we first walked in with issue still in hand. We just want to say W.O.W HAILEY UR COMPANY NEEDS TO GIVE U A RAISE AND MAYBE A POSITION IN THE COMPANY ON HOW TO TEACH OTHER EMPLOYEES HER SECRET. TRULY AN AMAZING PEOPLE PERSON WHO WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND . THANK U HAILEY FOR GIVING ME AND MY FATHER IN LAW FAITH THAT THERE ARE STILL PEOPLE WHO TAKE THERE JOB ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THE CUSTOMER.
