βNo screaming kids running around and stuff everywhere, thank you for keeping it this clean and organized. It gave me a chance to look around and get what I was looking for without feeling overwhelmed.β

It has a large variety of items that are above dollar store quality. It was clean and organized. The cashier was super friendly. We bought several items. Great store!β

βHad to check out this location as I am driving near it. I found a lot more artwork related items on this branch. Staff are friendly. I didn’t find any Block Succulent stuff here but that’s okay.β
βFive Below is always a fun place to explore, there is no telling what you may find on their shelves. Sometimes you can find a real bargain. On a recent trip I grabbed a cat tunnel for $4 that made our cats extremely happy while I found a rubber duck dressed up like Spock for my collection.β
βEvelyn is a treasure with a smile that lights up the store. Not sure why my past review is gone but it wasn't a pleasant experience. It's about her character that overfills to her work ethic and situational awareness.β

β1st time in store, they have a lot to offer, very busy store but it was difficult to find things because it was not very organized when I visited. Again a lot of foot traffic. Customers pick up and place things out of order but it was disorganized. I might have to go again.β
βI don't go very often. This time, I loved the wow factor. Found something new I really wanted in the cleaning section. The store was full of merchandise, clean, and easy to shop. Seemed less busy, no lines.β

βThis is the best location of five Below! Well organized and neatly kept. Employees are very friendly and always attentive. Today I went with my kids to this location. Associate 906155 at Register 3 and one other employee were so helpful and attentive to our queries. Sorry I didn’t ask their names. I came to this location from Niles location. There is so much difference in employees between these 2 location. I recommend everyone to come to this location for great experience.β

βI'm so happy to have them here. This is like a throwback to the old five and dime stores. They literally have everything a neighborhood store should have and the employees couldn't be nicer.β

I was waiting for a red light to turn green and busted a right into the parking lot. Never been here before, but very clean and organized was my first impression.
Ended up getting a cell phone charger, along with some chips and water.
Friendly staff, and had a good selection. Would visit again when in the area!β
βReview written 1/17/2026. There was only one register open with long lines. Also a lot of the prices on items in this store seemed higher than other dollar trees, even with the recent increases across all dollar trees.
But overall, great selection
Also I recommend bringing a bag otherwise you will have to pay the city of chicago bag fee and bag taxβ

This location is very well clean & organized & the shelves are stocked. A welcoming atmosphere!

βThis is the BEST Dollar Tree not based on the selection of products even though they have a decent assortment but the staff here is OUT OF THIS WORLD AWESOME! I would like to personally call out Vik, who is so kind and always go above and beyond, Habib who is has excellent customer service skills and is pure comedy he has a great sense of humor and the very sweet Hispanic woman who goes out of her way every time you walk into this location. This is the BEST crew this location has had hope Dollar Tree keeps them!β

βCindy went above and beyond to help me with some balloons for my son's birthday. Honestly, I haven't received such great treatment from a store/service such as hers, and it was a pleasant surprise. She should be working at like a 5 star resort or something. She would be such an asset to any customer service team.β

Every time you come here the line is to the refrigerators in the back, itβs like they have a fan base how good they take care of the store and its customers. βThis was a fairly well stocked Dollar Tree compared to some others. I was greeted at the entrance. The line was halfway to the back of the store, 9 or 10 people in front of me, and just one register open. That was frustrating but the clerk was friendly while being a quick as he could.β
βThe store is always a mess. Iβve often been there when thereβs only one cashier and about 30 customers trying to check out, this has happened more than once. I only buy frozen food processed candy and cranberry juice from this place. Oh yeah and the small Dawn dishwashing liquid (convenient enough to keep everywhere). I suggest you bring your own bag(s) from home bc the hand held shopping baskets they provide are so nasty filthy and cruddy (the basket's actual original color was green but the insides are now black, iβm positive they have never been cleaned or wiped off EVER. Plus they charge for bags.β

βIt's a Dollar Tree so not sure what people are expecting. The prices have been over a dollar for a long time so it should come as no surprise.
We always come early or late and it's not busy at all and our experience is the ladies are very nice.
We come for toothbrushes and stuff like that which is worth it and maybe a small bag of candy. Keep your expectations in check and it's not so bad people.β
