“By far the best office, I got my DOT exam done. An amazing experience from the time that you enter the office until the time you leave. The wait time is great, no more than 15 mins. I'm sure depends on day but it was fast. The staff is absolutely wonderful they have great people skills and an amazing personalities. You feel relaxed and welcomed every time. “My aunt went to this facility few months back, she had a knee replacement on her left knee and she loved going there. She states that the staff was very friendly, she was scheduled for appointments very quickly and they made sure that she got the timings she wanted. She also liked that they give a home exercise program which she can follow thru an app and was very helpful for her. Currently, she got another knee replacement and is looking forward to going to EMERY PT!!!”
“I accidentally confused my appointment dates and would not have been able to come back on the date it actually was and Carlos, from One Medical in Deerfield, immediately accommodated me and helped me get an appointment without having me have to come back. He was so understanding and helpful and I am so thankful I was able to see the doctor when I did because I don't have the best of health and mobility is an issue and Carlos understood this. I am not used to receptionists at doctor office's being so considerate and kind and competent but Carlos was all of these things, and at One Medical that's all I've experienced. Transferring my healthcare to One Medical was the best decision I ever made for so many reasons and Carlos is the perfect example of why.”
“I decided to visit the ER last evening due to numbness on the right side of my face and shoulder and neck pain I've had for awhile. It's true I had to wait about five hours to be seen because there were quite a few patients before me. I wasn't bored for a single minute because I had a chance to relax, pray, and read a book. I encountered some committed, competent, and compassionate healthcare professionals who took excellent care of me: Dr Greg Gawor, Triage Nurse Anne, nurses Maham, Julie, and Eugene, MRI Tech George, and admissions rep, Jasmine. My experience in this ER was outstanding in every respect. I am grateful for these professionals who do such important work with skill and care. I highly recommend this ER.”

“The physician who saw me today for a routine check up went above and beyond. Dr. Doss was unhappy to hear that a previous prescription I had was unaffordable for me, so she took extra time to find an alternative but equally effective prescription option. She also was very attentive in asking about my family history and took extra care after learning that I was adopted to make sure she had an understanding that I was aware of paying attention to any possible inherent conditions and gave me not negative responses, but positive encouragement to stay on top of my health. Social distancing was in full swing at the Deerfield office, and the desk attendants were very diligent in directing patients as such.”

The front desk staff was very kind and courteous, and I had a very short wait time and was seen close to my online appointment time slot (which I was able to set up same day). Bianca, who did my bloodwork, was exceptionally professional and clean. She was even kind with all the little anxieties I bring into situations like that. I had a great experience!”
“Due to an ongoing issue with my fistula I had to go to Interventional Radiology for a combination ultrasound & plasty. The gal who’s the coordinator ( I’m forgetting her name) is superb along with the nurse who staged me for the procedure. My surgeon (Dr. Alonzo) was totally professional yet personable; and the entire team was friendly & skilled. I’ve had this done before (3X) and the level of treatment has not faltered.”
