“I’ve been here a couple times now and the same 2 employees I see are very nice and really helpful and gave me lots of recommendations and helped me out every chance they got”
“Amazing selection of model airplanes and trains, very good selection from European airlines to small regional American planes, 100% would go again, so many things its overwhelming and staff is very friendly”
“The finest place with the finest things! Grails from the 90s to white hot new releases. Excellent LGS! Huge selection of unique minis and paints. They’ll have anything you need to get your next project done. Excellent game space with very high quality one of a kind terrain to play with. Many large high top tables and private rooms. Cool customer loyalty program that has been going for 15+ years. A true gem! Thank you! PS- The staff is awesome and receptive to checking stock within reason, don’t be one star guy who didn’t get his Pokemon that one time ? The boxes just hit different at G+ Be sure to stop in to preorder early in this crazy market”
“After many years of putting off selling estate items I finally decided it was time. I was worried about the shear volume and time it would take but after visiting OCC I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and fast OCC made the entire process. I highly recommend OCC.”
“Have been there twice bringing in coins and jewelry along with my elderly mother. Marc took care of us and I highly recommend him and his staff. Trustworthy, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful!”
“This is one of my favorite gaming stores because of their excellent selection of board games, warhammer 40k stuff, figurines, you name it, but what I am into most lately is the DCC (Dungeon Crawler Classics) series, and Heroines keeps a good stock of individual campaigns and some of the larger DCC box sets available. The owner and staff are always friendly, and the space is much larger on the inside than it looks, making it a good venue for the events they have scheduled (the store is located inside what used to be a public library branch). They also have a decent selection of books and graphic novels, many of which are fantasy or scifi oriented.”

“I have purchased many sets from the store. The owner always looks happy and there's always cool events going on! My girlfriend never was interested and with the free mini he gave me on my first purchase and with the free minis of the month that I have aquired she now paints them and has fun doing so!”
“Amazing place! Our 12 year old son has been shopping there since he was 7. The selection is truly great, and they are willing to work with different options for a collector who doesn't have vast amounts of money to spend on every stop. Lucas, John and the rest of the team have created a warm atmosphere and allow him to shop at his own pace. Truly worth the drive from Milwaukee. Thanks!!”
“We took some 100-year-old blueprints that we found in our bungalow to Bleachers and even though the blueprints were in really rough shape, they managed to make them look amazing! And all for a very reasonable price! Would definitely recommend for any framing needs.”
“Discovered this shop after a coworker told me about it. We where amazed by all the items and tools, even found some things i needed. Sad to hear about the closure of the store, sad i didnt get to experience Tom Thumb in its prime, but will make as many visits as i can until the end”
“Operated by two incredibly passionate and kind individuals who are incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. When we visited we got to learn about the smithing process and the history of the weapons. We even got to learn some basic dueling techniques with training blades. An amazing experience through and through.”

“These guys are the only place I will do business with. Very helpful and kind, incredibly responsive - every person I’ve worked with. 12/10 would recommend”
“Fantastic hobby shop. Decent plastic kit selection but their focus is model rairoading and they have an excellent selection including S scale locomotives, rolling stock, and accessories as well as detail kits, model RR electronics, and other small accessories to finish your models.”

“I used to live nearby & spent many hours in this store. The owners are wonderful! I bought so many collector Barbie’s & a few Gene dolls. I met the designer of the gene doll, Mel Odom at an event at the store, got his autograph. It was such fun! I plan on passing all those Barbie’s down to my 2 granddaughters (ages 16 & 18) when they get a bit older. They have picked which ones they want. I live in cali now & miss shopping at gigis dolls. It’s a great place to shop & I highly recommend it! Wish I lived closer so I could go say hello & get some more dolls! If you love dolls you have to check out their store, you’ll be in heaven!”
“Very happy with the customer service. My daughter and I were there today and they were very patient showing her all the different silver bars and rounds for her to make her first purchase. Wish I knew about this shop earlier vs others in the area. 10/10 will be back”
“I adore Ellie and the team at The Forest Needle. They are incredibly warm and welcome to beginner stitchers and gave me such a personal shopping experience. They have everything you need, and its so fun to go in and see all the wonderful pieces the team have created and show in the store!”
“I stopped in Michael's this evening to get some supplies for a Halloween party. The woman who helped me at the register was the one of the KINDEST HUMANBEINGS I HAVE MET. She had a goofy sense of humor, was incredibly helpful, and truly MADE MY DAY. I hope she reads this, thank you for being you, I hope the Boston Orioles have fantastic season next year!”
“We picked up a Pokémon Center 151 ETB and a Crown Zenith ETB from this shop and had a great experience. I actually called right after they had closed the day before, and he still answered and kindly asked me to call back the next day. When we came in, he was super friendly, easy to work with, and gave us a great deal on both ETBs.
We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Bergie! We were finally able to add the missing ETB to our personal collection. My cousin shops here for sports cards and has always said he gets great deals, and now I can see why.”
“Rodger has all the best slot care parts and accessories in the country. His four slot car tracks are clean and fun to race on. Computerized lap counters are great for competitive racing. Young or old it is so much fun!!!”

“This shop deserves even more than 5 stars ? ++++++
Shout out to FRED for his patience, honesty, and expert advice that he shared with me during my visit today.
Not only is their selection of items amazing (I had such a a hard deciding what to get!) but also their prices and customer service was better than all the other coin shops that I’ve been to.
100% would recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable and honest dealers. very happy with my transactions and glad I made the trip out.”
“It's a very nice and Big Shop. Neat and clean good service. Woodland items and stitching items are also available. Various sewing machines also available. Decorative materials and materials for Halloween are also available. Very nice crowd. Neat and clean very good service. Woolen materials materials and Woolen threads also available. Lot of playing materials for children's also available. Various is clothes under stitching materials also available”
“Fantastic selection of reserve list mtg cards! The employees were super helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. Prices were really reasonable and they even do trades and collection buy outs. Very happy I came by and I ended up finding my grail which was amazing!”
“I wonder if there’s anything different between Hobby Lobby and Michael’s art store. They seemed to sell similar things. 10 days before Christmas and Hobby Lobby is already having 60% off Christmas stuffs?
Maybe Hobby Lobby is a hair cheaper but also the interior is slightly darker and can use a remodeling.”
“The problem with Michael's is that they discount items practically as soon as they are placed on the shelves. You just know how much you are being overcharged if you purchase anything not on sale. Having said that, they are a good store for crafting hobby supplies, just make sure to take advantage of sales and coupons when possible.”
“I had a fantastic experience at Michaels while trying to frame two old prints.
Kim was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived, and Jamesey (I apologize if I’m misspelling the name) in the framing department was outstanding. I had a lot of questions and was having a difficult time choosing frames that would work with the artwork. Rather than rushing me, they both spent a tremendous amount of time helping me compare options, offering thoughtful advice, and sharing their expertise.
What impressed me most was that they treated my project as though it were important to them. Jamesey’s framing knowledge was invaluable, and both of them were patient, generous with their time, and genuinely committed to helping me make the right decision. They even helped me find a coupon, which was greatly appreciated.
Customer service like this is rare. Thank you both for making what could have been a frustrating process enjoyable.”
“I found gold and silver letters I thought we're cool but $20 a piece for the gold and $10 a piece for the silver? Take a picture instead it's cheaper...”
“????☘️??
Such a great selection, clean& organized.. They have the best employees for example Scott went above and beyond to help me in my kids with our Christmas decor.
Thank you, Scott!!!
Great holiday decor ????☘️??”
“My family and I went to buy some loose Pokemon cards that my sons were interested in. The cards that they wanted were very random and consisted of Pokemon using all different energies as well as Trainers. The owner Jester was there and he was extremely helpful, helping us find over 30 of the cards that they were looking through by going through binders and loose cards in a box, which was extremely tedious. We've been to many Gamers Worlds where the employees running the store seem like they couldn't care less about their customers. We were fortunate to have the exact opposite experience here and want to thank Jester so much for his kindness and patience!”
“I am not a crafter, but I went looking for a few specific things for a project. Vera was very helpful, going into the back storage area to retrieve the merchandise I was looking for. She graciously helped me and even suggested a coupon option which saved me an additional 30%. This was a great experience. I definitely recommend this store. It was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks especially to Vera who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.”

“Absolutely love this needlepoint store! So many canvases to look at and they have a stitching room for classes as well. I am visiting from the DMV and I was shocked by how many threads I’d never heard of at this store. Love the bingo idea as well. Will definitely be back!”
