“This is a rave review for Masters and their employees. Before we engaged Masters to update our bathrooms, we had lived through two bathroom renovations and two kitchen renovations in other houses, and we knew that updates involve noise, mess, stress, and surprises. With Masters, thanks to Jennifer, Sandra, Sasha, and Zeljko, there was no noise, mess, or stress. Jennifer guided the design and had a great eye for color, while Sandra kept us in the loop on admin stuff, and Sasha came by to check on things. All of that is great, but it’s the day-in-day-out stuff that really drives you around the bend with updates, and that’s where Zeljko worked his magic. Every morning, he’d appear, lay cloths to protect the floor, and disappear into the bathroom. Occasionally we’d hear some noise, but not often. He made polite suggestions along the way that made the end result more functional and attractive. Of course, nothing can guarantee there won’t be surprises, because old houses are full of them, but the folks at Masters handled them quickly, quietly, and professionally. They are the zen masters of renovation.”

“We used Kitchen and Bath Mart in the early 90's for kitchen remodeling in our first home and we were extremely happy with the results. So when it came time to update our kitchen, down stairs bath and master bath in our second home we went once again to Kitchen and Bath Mart in Niles. Working with George was a pleasure, he was very knowledgeable on all levels of the project.
Because of the multitude of choices available it is hard to decide what we wanted, George help guide us by offering options using drawings and examples at their nicely appointed show room.
The project went as planned, in the time frame they proposed. The installation crew consisted of a husband and wife team, Kris and Joann who did a fantastic job, they are truly artists at what they do. They were clean, organized and friendly. As in any major project there were a couple unexpected things that popped up, they were worked around the problems with professional results.
We highly recommend Kitchen and Bath Mart and would use them again.”

They gave me the most beautiful granite countertops I have ever seen. The best part is the process of choosing the granite slab. I'm a gemologist, so naturally, I'm drawn to stones, precious, semi-precious, or not so precious. They are all unique. Plus they are flexible if you have any "wrinkles" in your timing or other needs. We are thrilled with the end results. Here's one of the main feature, our kitchen island, with its new top. It may look simple but the cut-outs for the cooktop and downdraft are absolutely spot on. PLUS, Sal was the only shop (we went to several) that had anything other than the "standard" white, gray or black quartz materials.”

Mike came out the next day to see our home at no cost. By Thursday of the next week our old terra cotta pipes were located and replaced with pvc. They were always in touch and were happy to answer all of our questions. Totally deserve five stars!”
