“Today I had the most lovely experience at Crate & Barrel at Northbrook Court. A special shoutout to Chris, Mary Lynn, and Olivia for amazing customer service and styling help. I came in with little direction and a short time frame (moving into apartment within 1 week). Everyone banded together to help me get set up for my first apartment. I left with a rendered layout of my apartment, all my furniture purchased, and all of my dining ware. I felt so heard throughout the whole process. My preferences were listened to and valued even if they were particular. The best part is that my mom and I had so much fun!! Thank you!”

“The entire team was amazing. Alvaro Melendez, the installer, was very thorough, detail-oriented and efficient. He had James in training with him and we could hear him explaining everything to him in great detail.Darrin, the plumber, was efficient and thorough and equally as friendly and explained things to us.We had used BF 12 years ago for the remodel of the shower/tub and were so pleased, it was a no brainer choosing them again. This work of tub-to-shower conversion took longer and was a lot more work. We are very happy with it so far!Our Project Coordinator, Dave Sloan, was also very thorough in his explanations and did not push us to choose items that were more expensive, etc. He was very practical in his explanations all the way from the 1st visit until our contract was signed.Excellent company!(I would suggest that BF sends the names and photos of the workers who are going to do the install ahead of time. Another company did that for some other work we were having done and it gave us a sense of trust and safety knowing who was going to show up and their credentials.)”

“I called this company because I had an unsightly stain on my granite. I left a message, and they actually called me back! That doesn't always happen when you call a business. I got a very good feeling for this company right away. A gentleman came to take a look at my granite. He said he wasn't too hopeful about the stain being removed. He put something on it that he left overnight. When he came back the next day and took the material off, the stain was still there. Then he cleaned the granite and resealed the granite. A few hours later when I returned from an appointment, I was happy to see that my granite was perfect! The stain was completely gone. I am so happy. And as an aside, the gentleman's name was Bob and he was a very nice man. Thank you! Happy”
