“This is a rave review for Masters and their employees. Before we engaged Masters to update our bathrooms, we had lived through two bathroom renovations and two kitchen renovations in other houses, and we knew that updates involve noise, mess, stress, and surprises. With Masters, thanks to Jennifer, Sandra, Sasha, and Zeljko, there was no noise, mess, or stress. Jennifer guided the design and had a great eye for color, while Sandra kept us in the loop on admin stuff, and Sasha came by to check on things. All of that is great, but it’s the day-in-day-out stuff that really drives you around the bend with updates, and that’s where Zeljko worked his magic. Every morning, he’d appear, lay cloths to protect the floor, and disappear into the bathroom. Occasionally we’d hear some noise, but not often. He made polite suggestions along the way that made the end result more functional and attractive. Of course, nothing can guarantee there won’t be surprises, because old houses are full of them, but the folks at Masters handled them quickly, quietly, and professionally. They are the zen masters of renovation.”

He had both the kitchen and bathroom projects going at the same time and Krysti would come by to check on progress at each step, so everything went smoothly. “My husband and I remain thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen after cooking and entertaining in it for a year and a half! After struggling with design impasses for several years, we were fortunate to meet Anne Dempsey of DDK. She listened well and was very pleasant to work with and extremely effective helping us navigate successful compromises. She offered suggestions and guidance including the pros and cons of various options but always left final decisions to us. Once design and cabinetry were agreed, Anne remained just a phone call or e-mail away for support as we shopped for countertop, flooring, fixtures, and hardware, and even did house calls when we solicited her opinion. She set us up well with builder ED Enterprises, and our project finished on time. The builders were capable, timely, quiet, polite, good with our young puppy, and vacuumed the site at the end of each work day! A few minor post completion issues were satisfactorily resolved. Overall we highly recommend both DDK and especially Anne, as well as ED Enterprises.”

“Really nice people and good work! My family had to call them Friday night due to our plumbing being invaded by tree branches (after almost 30 years in that house the issue now becomes a problem ?). Mike came out the next day to see our home at no cost. By Thursday of the next week our old terra cotta pipes were located and replaced with pvc. They were always in touch and were happy to answer all of our questions. Totally deserve five stars!”
