I made an appointment with Jeff, the owner, who was absolutely amazing. He helped me find the perfect chair and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Although it is obviously more lucrative for Jeff to work with customers who are outfitting an entire office rather than buying just one chair, he made me feel welcome and spent a great deal of time having me try out different brands and models to make sure I got something that was very comfortable and supportive. My daughter, who was with me, was so impressed with Jeff's knowledge that she too decided to get fitted for a chair and also purchased an adjustable stand-up desk. Jeff's help didn't stop with the fitting. My daughter lives in LA and he spent a lot of time finding the most cost-effective way to have her desk and chair shipped from overseas to LA and delivered by a service where she could schedule a date and time that was convenient for her. My daughter and I were amazed how friendly and accommodating Jeff was. We would highly recommend Applied Ergonomics to anyone looking for higher-end chairs and desks and the service to match.”

“I want to give a big thank you to Fluffy, who helped us over the weekend with our special task in store.
My sister in law just passed away last Monday and it was very difficult making funeral arrangements during this chaotic time. It was a last minute decision that we needed to enlarged some physical copies of her photos. We went to Office Depot 15min before they closed, Fluffy was there very patiently helping us out, he made sure we’re happy with the result and could get the them on time.
It was heartbreaking but priceless to see how beautiful the photos turned out. They’ve become a part of our family treasures.

“We had a toner emergency today while trying to complete a very large order for one of our customers, and GMS really came through for us. After searching around, I found that they had the specific toner we needed in stock, so I called and spoke with Bob to confirm timing and logistics.
Bob explained that they only had one container available at their location and that it could be delivered tomorrow morning. When I told him about our situation, he immediately understood the urgency and went out of his way to see whether he could locate more toner at other warehouses. He was not able to find additional stock, but I was extremely impressed that he took the time to try. A lot of companies would have stopped at “we only have one,” but Bob clearly wanted to help.
He also assisted me with setting up our account and getting our tax-exempt status established, which made everything much easier. And I especially appreciated that when I called, a human being answered the phone and I didn't have to go through a myriad of options to get help.

“The security personnel were courteous and professional. Upon arrival, the security personnel will verify your identity and direct you to the appropriate dock. The designated unloader will arrive at your vehicle to remove the seal and inspect the shipment. Subsequently, you will be directed to the next available dock door for unloading. The unloading process for my trailer was completed efficiently within a 40-minute timeframe. Following the unloading, the completed paperwork will be conveniently placed at the rear of your trailer. Overall, my experience was highly satisfactory, and I extend my gratitude to CDW for their exceptional service.”
