“There are time when they have great items on sale for a low price. Specially the tools. There are some items that need staff assistance and sometimes they are hard to find. I bought some 3/4 of boards and wanted to have it pre cut. I asked the register and had the guy paged twice. I waisted 23 mins for the guy to show up. Also the tool rental was great. One time i rented a carpet doctor vac. It worked really good. And the 50lb electric jack hammer worked right for my project. In general the store is great. They carry almost all tool brands for diy repairs. Great store.”

“Aside from the fact that they have pretty much everything you need if you're making a small run to the hardware store and they've got some really premium lumber, but beside that they have one of the best cashiers I have ever encountered. He has joke after joke and is always smiles. He will literally brighten your day. He is one of the biggest reasons why I choose to come in to this ace versus going to any other hardware store. “Kitchen & Bath Mart gave us the best renovation experience we have ever had! We had a horrible experience with another company who only replaces showers. We were a bit skittish about redoing the rest of the bathrooms, but after meeting George at Kitchen & Bath Mart, we immediately trusted him. George did not disappoint. He (and Joe) thoughtfully designed two beautiful bathrooms, which perfectly matched two showers that they didn't even put in. George was unfailingly prompt, reliable, thorough and professional, every step of the way. George, Joe and Dennis kept us updated, started our project exactly when they said they would, and and helped to create two bathrooms that felt like luxury at a very reasonable cost. The construction team, headed by Shaun, was as professional, prompt, courteous, and detail-oriented as George and his team. Shaun and his team were even able to help us with much-needed drywall and paint repairs in our home, which were not part of our original project. We are forever grateful to Kitchen & Bath Mart! We will definitely go back when and if we ever need to redo our kitchen. Highly, highly recommend. Kitchen & Bath Mart is one in a million.”

“I had broken the elbow off my bathtub drain shoe while trying to get the drain out. Spent days trying to find a replacement on the Internet. Failed a couple times. Decided to go to Harlem plumbing. The salesman took a couple seconds, and gave me everything I needed.Drain fixed!I had the slip joint nut and plumbers putty already. He had, the shoe the drain and the gasket for me. Very happy with the service.”

“I never knew this place existed until I was watching a Youtube tutorial for a dropcloth slipcover for a sofa and the youtuber linked the dropcloth she bought at Harbor Freight. I had been looking for a dropcloth on Amazon and at Home Depot/Lowes, which were all in the $25-$35 range. The one on the Harbor Freight website was $15. I thought that maybe Harbor Freight was a local store to wherever the Youtuber lived, because I had never heard of it or seen one, so I was happy to check the store locator link and find one close by. And it had the drop cloth I wanted in stock. I was able to quickly find it in store (exactly in the aisle/bin the website said it would be). The cashier was nice. I'm not sure why the reviews here are so low. I walked out with my dropcloth, saved at least $10 compared to Amazon (and $15-$20 compared to HD/Lowes), and it was super quick. It feels like an Ace Hardware inside, except better prices. The dropcloth isn't the best quality (it's their store brand, I assume), but it definitely serves its purpose as a temporary slipcover to test out if I want to reupholster my sofa in that color fabric. I need to buy a powerdrill one of these days, and I will likely be coming here to do so. Their drills are very reasonably priced. Also, they had great music playing (The Offspring was rocking out on the playlist while I was there). I'll definitely be back.”

“Boy when you need tools you should definitely check here... even if you don't need tools you should come here and check it out!! But really this place has great deals on tools if you ask me they're not the very best ones but they are definitely affordable... If you are looking for the right tool at a lower price this is your place... If you are looking for high quality eh they're not bad really... I'm here to tell you that you get what you pay for... Will harbor freight hammers hammer in that nail hell yeah will that harbor freight screw driver screw and unscrew hell yeah... will it last you as long as others probably... but when it comes to the bigger tools and some of the other stuff that you find at harbor freight I'm not sure exactly how long they will last.... comparing tools one to the next is all about need and want what do you need compared to what do you want... this is the part of the review where I add on some extra words for extra points... oooooh points...!!
