“I am a little bit overdue for this review, but it's extremely important that I voice my feelings, which I hope are read, and rewarded by Sheen ??? the Northlake Store Manager. I had a flooring project, which started off on a bad note, mostly my fault, but was then corrected by Debbie from the Flooring Department, who did an OUTSTANDING job of helping me to get it back on track. She was a one of a kind professional and personable customer service rep who went ABOVE AND BEYOND, INCLUDING POST INSTALLATION FOLLOW UP. I can't say enough good things about her, and hope that she gets recognized accordingly. In addition, upon return of my excess materials, and a drawn out discussion, I have to also say that Claudia, and Manager Raquel, also went above and beyond to help me with the challenging credit to my original purchase. All these ladies are the reason that I, and hopefully thousands others, will do business with your store, because they truly make a difference, which I know is the reason that I will remain a committed customer. Please tell each and every one of them how much they made my experience special, and satisfying, and that I look forward to doing business again ! Keep up the great work ladies !!!”
“It's huge. Has a lot of everything needed for your home, garage. If you can't find what you are looking for they have enough staff walking around to assist you.”

“Very helpful staff. Reasonable prices.A year since I wrote this review, give or take, and I generally no longer go to Home Depot and Countryside Illinois because it appears multiple staff changes have caused the service in a variety of departments to diminish. They seem to be much more helpful at the local Menards. as long as I go to Home Depot in Countryside Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM I could expect reasonable help with better than average expertise. If I go at other times when I try not to if I go at all the staff working there to be poorly trained, particularly in lumber, plumbing, electricity, gardening, but the checkout is generally quick and easy.”
“This particular Menards is the largest Menards store I've come across. It's 2 stories and there's just about everything under the sun and stars in here.
They always seem to have the 11% rebate, maybe that's just a regular promotion now.
Parking is plentiful and ample handicap spots for patrons with disabilities.
Losing 2 hours in here isn't completely out of the ordinary.”
“Online count incorrect. Store associate informed me that the item I was looking for hadn’t been in stock in three years. Website still shows limited stock on hand.”
“We bought a table here. They disassembled it for me so that it could get into the car. The staff is very friendly, they told me everything and answered all my questions (taking into account that I am not very fluent in English). I liked the furniture, but it is constantly changing there.”

“Shout out to Jack at Customer Service. We were having trouble finding a gardening tool (clearance item that did not list the aisle and bay online, and couldn’t locate the item in the normal spot), so we visited the service desk just to get some direction. Jack not only proceeded to look for the item in the system, simultaneously acknowledged and assisted other customers who were in line on the other side of the desk, but cleared the line and then walked us over to the area and found it in top stock. Super helpful, courteous, definitely a 5 star experience. Thank you Jack!”
“Another great experience with Diamond Paint. They are remarkably helpful people - spent 40 minutes with us custom matching a stain for a new table top - need it to match the rest of the set in our kitchen. No extra charge - just the cost of the stain and varnish. Have had similar great experiences with them before.”

“The best way to shop this store is to look up what you need on the website which tells you exactly which aisle the product is in. This saves a lot of time wandering around. Very nice feature that is not offered by a lot of other stores.”
“I always have an amazing experience at Lowes. Each employee is kind, friendly and knowledgeable, they are always ready to help you find what you are looking for with a big smile. I love shopping at Lowes because their prices are much cheaper than other stores. Every time I go to Lowes, I always find what I'm looking for and at very affordable prices. I went through a very hard situation this year, where my tenant vandalized and stole all the appliances from my apartment; I went to Lowes looking for appliances to replace the ones that were stolen, and the store manager Reymond was walking through that area and he asked me if I needed help finding something, I told him what had happened to me and he was very kind, and helped me find a stove, refrigerator and microwave at an affordable price. I walked out of Lowes with a big smile in my face and very thankful to Reymond Hernandez and his team for all the help. Thank you, guys, for giving me such an amazing experience and service. Will definitely go back again and recommend all my friends to go there. Thank you again! Great job!”
