“I wanted to buy eyedrops which were under lock and key . No doubt because of constant theft issues . They were so short staffed like many places are . I was waiting for probably 10 minutes when I asked the pharmacist, Richard , if he had a key. He was on his way to lunch and still went and got a key and opened the case for me to help out his fellow employees. While I was waiting I also observed Richard interacting with customers at the pharmacy . Couldn't have been nicer . This dude should be recognized”
