“This is the best shop in Chicago! I have taken my Mercrdes-Benz to this shop since I moved to the city in 2021 and have had excellent, knowledgeable service every single visit. Today was especially wonderful as I blew out a tire and had suspension damage in Evanston on Ridge Rd. constructuon and need to be back out on the road. In by 8 out by 1:30! Hooray!!”
“We made a reservation online through Costco, pick up at this location at La Grange, Countryside and drop off in California. We were told that the car we reserved was not available at this location and we were offered some other options. We chose Hyundai Tucson and were very happy with this car during all our trip from Chicago to Sacramento, CA. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable. I think this vehicle was even a class higher than we reserved. John, Joe and the third guy (sorry, don’t remember the name) were extremely nice and helpful. The service was great, and the price was great, too (we paid 388$ for 5 days with a drop off at Sacramento + 300$ deposit which was returned in a few days after the drop-off) 👍. I must say that this is our first experience of renting a car, and I am very glad it was great and positive! P.s. I loved the car so much, that I didn’t want to return it 😁”
“I highly recommend this company. Communication is A+, they were On Time for the both pickups and my flight was postponed and arrived 5 hours later and they were waiting for me. Very friendly Drivers and made it so easy that I will only use them for my airport transportation moving forward. The rides were comfortable and made my travels from Wisconsin to O’Hare and back stress free.”

“A great place to get a car when other local rental locations tell you your actual reservation doesn’t guarantee you have a car. Vicki is exceptional and we had a smoke-free Ford Ranger for two weeks which they cleaned just before we picked it up. Highly recommended. They do have a safe to deposit keys after they close.”

“I have been renting from this location since January and everything I can say about the experience is amazing. Tyler the manager is amazing he has been the main reason I have remained renting with the location. Currently still renting with the location to be honest I think Tyler should be the best paid employee at enterprise and considered the most valuable. He is professional, kind and makes sure everything runs smoothly. When any issues have happened with the multiple cars I have had since starting to rent cars here he addressed them quickly professionally and with great skill.
Saying I drive a lot is an understatement and Tyler has made sure that I have a safe comfortable rental in such a way that I wouldn’t want to rent anywhere he wasn’t working. The entire staff at this location should get huge raises and his should be double whatever anyone is thinking. 😊”

“My family and I had a wonderful experience with this enterprise branch. I especially would like to thank Antwon for his excellent customer service.
I was running late for my drop off appointment that was on a Saturday. The appointment was for 12pm and my GPS had me arriving at 2pm. Mind you this particular enterprise is closed on Sunday so I was looking at a three day charge for a rental I no longer needed. I called enterprise and Antwon answered, he listened and told me that he would call me back. He went above and beyond and at the last minute was able to get my drop off appointment moved to 2pm. I made it there at 1:30 and was spared the 3 day charge that was staring down at me! The staff also calked me a on Monday to let me know that they found my daughter's lost book. Thank you Antwon for everything!”
“This was the first time my band rented a van through Bandago, for a one-week Midwest tour. It was easy to order, the pickup and drop-off processes were clear and easy, and the folks at the local office were pleasant and helpful. Also, the van was great and comfortable! When I need a rental vehicle, they can be counted on to provide one with no hassle and mostly reasonable policies.
I don't love the toll pass pricing. I'd prefer if they charged based on usage rather than rental days. I passed on it for my last rental and took detours rather than pay for 7 days when I'd only actually be using it on 2 of them.”

“Excellent from start to finish. After picking up my car and everything going so smoothly I wanted to leave 5 stars, but I suspected from past rental experiences at O'hare there would be something that would go wrong, an overcharge or mysterious additions to my bill or surprised toll fines, etc. But I got the lowest price I could find online. I had no additional sales pushes, I had no uncomfortable waiting, or rude employees - in fact far from it- Angel was as friendly and competent as I had ever had. And then I had a clean, new car that I actually had ordered at the price I had ordered. I was confused why this was so good. When I returned the car I waited for the catch. There was nothing. I pulled in and right away was greeted with a smile. I assumed that the man didn't work there. But he did. Then to my astoundment, the shuttle which was parked inside the garage pulled up, picked up all my very heavy bags for me, put them in the shuttle with a pleasant a professional greeting and I was ready to go. The shuttle driver was excellent. Again, I waited for some additional charge to be added. I feel safe to say that this is the most unexpectedly great rental car experience that I can remember for a very long time - for sure in Chicago. I will only go to them next time.”
“Hertz Car Rental Glendale Heights really came through in a pinch with on line reservation and availability. Located in Sunrise Chevrolet, the location hosts Hertz, Dollar, Budget and Avis. Gold+ members save about 25% Off and check out the website for manager specials during the week. Car selection was bare minimum and got to drive a 2025 Hyundai Elantra with barely any miles on it. Hertz Car Rental Glendale Heights takes care of their inventory and counter staff is helpful in getting you and car on the road.”

“Alex was amazing. After having trouble at another location, I came across this one in Elmhurst, and I’m so happy I did. We needed a vehicle for a family trip of four, and we got a 2026 RAV4 that we absolutely loved. It was clean, comfortable, and such a smooth ride. Alex was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. We even needed to extend our rental, and doing it through the app was quick and simple. I’m very happy with my experience here and will definitely use this location again for future rentals.”

“Great service and great vehicles. I dealt with Edgar, the manager, and he is also the one that has to clean the cars. It’s a one man shop. A+ experience. Only complaint is to Hertz as a company - give this man some help. It’s ridiculous that they make one man do 100% of everything and then you go to other locations and they have way more staff than they could ever need. Thanks Edgar!”
