“This is the best shop in Chicago! I have taken my Mercrdes-Benz to this shop since I moved to the city in 2021 and have had excellent, knowledgeable service every single visit. Today was especially wonderful as I blew out a tire and had suspension damage in Evanston on Ridge Rd. constructuon and need to be back out on the road. In by 8 out by 1:30! Hooray!!”

I was working with Kole and he was a really pleasant person and worked with me for a couple of hours trying to find me a van after a different location failed to provide one (and I made the reservation months ago). He called multiple locations and was really considerate of the situation. Thanks to him our family vacation went well.”
“This Enterprise location often works with a nearby body shop I trust (Addison Auto Body). The car I was picked up in was very comparable to my car, and the pick-up was very timely with very little wait time. As we drove safely from the shop to the Enterprise store, the representative explained features that may differ slightly from my car to make sure I was comfortable with the car and fielded any questions. The representative made the paperwork process painless, getting me on the road to my next appointment within 10 minutes of arriving at the shop. The time for my car's repair was unknown, and they made it very easy to contact the manager directly to extend my rental. I had a few questions after driving the car for a couple days, and my calls were always answered with patience, reassurance, and understanding. Being able to leave the car at the shop without worrying about calling in or adjusting drop-off times due to unforeseen traffic took even more stress away from the process. Overall, they made a stressful situation involving my car much less stressful with the rental process. I hope I don't need their services for the same situation again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call. Thank you!”
“My family and I had a wonderful experience with this enterprise branch. I especially would like to thank Antwon for his excellent customer service.
I was running late for my drop off appointment that was on a Saturday. The appointment was for 12pm and my GPS had me arriving at 2pm. Mind you this particular enterprise is closed on Sunday so I was looking at a three day charge for a rental I no longer needed. I called enterprise and Antwon answered, he listened and told me that he would call me back. He went above and beyond and at the last minute was able to get my drop off appointment moved to 2pm. I made it there at 1:30 and was spared the 3 day charge that was staring down at me! The staff also calked me a on Monday to let me know that they found my daughter's lost book. Thank you Antwon for everything!”
“Great experience. Staff seemed to have a genuine interest in customer satisfaction. Rented a Chrysler Pacifica S for a roadtrip and it was comfortable/roomy, great on gas mileage and smooth ride in the highway. I’ll definitely continue using Enterprise.”
“This was the first time my band rented a van through Bandago, for a one-week Midwest tour. It was easy to order, the pickup and drop-off processes were clear and easy, and the folks at the local office were pleasant and helpful. Also, the van was great and comfortable! Would definitely use Bandago moving forward.”

I have used many different Avis locations in different states and the customer experience at this one is by far the best! “They were easy to work with and quite fast.
When I need a rental vehicle, they can be counted on to provide one with no hassle and mostly reasonable policies.
I don't love the toll pass pricing. I'd prefer if they charged based on usage rather than rental days. I passed on it for my last rental and took detours rather than pay for 7 days when I'd only actually be using it on 2 of them.”
“Vicki is amazing !!! She is always pleasant and friendly and makes the entire rental experience a pleasure. I remember last time I rented the air conditioning was out at the office and the interior was like a sauna yet despite the heat she was still smiling. Gold star”

“Great service and great vehicles. I dealt with Edgar, the manager, and he is also the one that has to clean the cars. It’s a one man shop. A+ experience. Only complaint is to Hertz as a company - give this man some help. It’s ridiculous that they make one man do 100% of everything and then you go to other locations and they have way more staff than they could ever need. Thanks Edgar!”

“Very nice experience, clerk was very kind. Good value especially considering how much rentals at the airport were going to cost us. We got in late and even though we had a reservation with a different company they didn't have any value priced cars available, so they wanted to charge $300 per day for a luxury vehicle we didn't rent in the 1st place. got a nice ride the following morning from this Hertz for about $175 for our entire 4 day trip. And when we returned it, it only cost about $40 for a ride share back to O'hare. Maybe consider this option if the airport rentals are trying to rob you with their insane rates.”

“Alex was amazing. After having trouble at another location, I came across this one in Elmhurst, and I’m so happy I did. We needed a vehicle for a family trip of four, and we got a 2026 RAV4 that we absolutely loved. It was clean, comfortable, and such a smooth ride. Alex was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. We even needed to extend our rental, and doing it through the app was quick and simple. I’m very happy with my experience here and will definitely use this location again for future rentals.”
“My experience with Budget has been an absolute nightmare, but this location was the only one out of 6 that had any vehicles. I rented a vehicle from the Aurora location that was filthy, and has clearly been in an accident recently and was not safe to be driven. Six locations and everyone saying there's Nothing they can do, this was the only location that had a vehicle. When we arrived at this location we were still very upset, the employee was kind and courteous, it was the first apology that I had received. He upgraded us and had a new, SAFE, vehicle ready for us. So greatful that they put an end to my nightmare with Budget.”
