“There’s so many things to say about my Wintrust Bank here in Oak Lawn Illinois. Every time I walk in is such a pleasant experience everybody knows my husband and I by name everybody says hello unless they’re busy with people and they just take time with you and do everything you ask with a smile They’re just a nice bunch of Of people they’re real people Who really loved their job you can really tell. I have told my friends about this bank, and a few of them actually transferred their money over to my bank. They all deserve a raise ❤️?”

“I disagree with the other reviews. I respect that we all have our own experiences and opinions. My mother and I had been banking there for many many years. My mother was treated so great and got Christmans cards from her banker Nancy and they became friends. I still bank at the branch on 95th St. and I can't tell you how helpful the branch manager has been. She helped me for days when I need a ton of documents after my mother passed and never acted like it was bother. I find it hard to believe that anyone there is not helpful. I use the on-line feature and have not yet had any problems. S.R.”
“Advisor Matthew and Branch Manager Lorena were super helpful and welcoming throughout our business accounts setup. We came from Canada to get our business account setup for our Alsip location and were highly pleased with the service here. They all stayed after hours too as we were their last appt. Matthew ensured everything is taken care of rightly for our accounts, deposits, digital banking, etc. The branch is big, stunning and the staff- Absolutely Amazing. Highly recommend them.”

Bank adviser Rocky Myles and branch manager Lorena were very sensitive and helpful during the loss of my loved one. They were very professional and consistently helped and walked me through all of my banking needs. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied, and they always provided me with great customer service. I have been a customer of Bank Of America for over 15 years, and I must say that this branch has become my favorite. “Everyone I dealt with at the old building were always so nice and helpful and professional. After 2 visits to the new building in the last month I am happy to say the same. Tellers and greeters very nice. New building also very nice, except................. whoever did the layout and design of the project totally overlooked the customers by locating the entrance at the opposite end of the building from the parking. Something so basic and so simple, and they blew it. Maybe if the new building wasn't finished and then opened in the winter it wouldn't be as bad, but rest assured, when I was walking in the wind on a 10 degree day from "way over here" to "way over there" , the poor design was foremost in my mind. Too late now. Live with it everyone.”

“Bmo was one of my first banks.that helped me get into finance for my future. Thankfully the staff have been very helpful. Although the app may get errors time to time. They have treated me and mine right up front. Learning to bank with, this place took the time to help me sort everything I needed to know when I asked. Walk ins always thorough. Tube and atm sometimes issues but they get it running.”
“Great service wonderful branch. Knowledgeable employees and they do thier best to take care of you. Not as convenient as Chase but in my opinion I get better service and better tailored banking solutions. I recommend this branch of Huntington as I've been to other Huntington Branches and they aren't as on the ball as the Oak lawn Branch.”

“Drive through is usually slow whenever I come to this location. Elizabeth isn't that wise when it comes to IRAs so I wouldn't use this location for something like that. The tellers inside are nice. Kim Ritter is alway efficent and friendly.”
