“Did a tour on 11/17/25 with the maybach gls600 my driver Jose was extremely professional and would recommend him to anyone that plans on doing the tour. Will definitely be booking again. He was an amazing driver and had a very awesome personality and definitely made it an amazing experience with DS luxury.”
“The Countryside Enterprise location treated me extremely well. It was my 1st time booking through Expedia so I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised to by the ease of the process. The entire rental and insurance was handled through Expedia so all I needed to bring was my DL and Debit card. They took a $300 deposit and I had to show the insurance documents. I worked with Daniel Burchsted who was quite literally the best Enterprise employee I’ve worked with! He was very helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. He ushered me to a brand new car, helped me set up Bluetooth, & did thorough inspection of the car with me. The whole process took about 10 minutes or less! This location also let me return the vehicle after hours in the Dropbox. All in 10/10 experience, I will be renting from the Countryside location again hopefully I’ll get to work with Daniel too.”

“Had best price, fast check- in at airport (no line!), had choice of a few vehicles when we got to the garage, friendly staff, quick return. Car was very nice, clean, in good shape, and ran very well. At dropoff Tyre (or maybe Tyrie - sorry not sure how to spell his name) was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Helped us get though the check out process quickly and efficiently and even unloaded our bags for us from the trunk. Great customer service. He and all of the other staff were definately working hard. Would be nice to clarify where to exit at pickup from the garage, the sign was confusing to me since all rental companies go out the same exit booth but it doesn't say Alamo on the sign so in my opinion would be worth a quick mention at check in, but that's not Alamo's fault. Overall can't complain, was a great experience and would rent from them again!”

Every employee knows everything down to the "T," and they answered all of my questions professionally as well. “I really needed a nice truck for my family reunion. They gave me the perfect truck size I needed. I was worried they might not have a size I needed. Turn out the Jeep Cherokee was great. 2024. “Excellent customer service ! .I used them for staging my property . Even they do not specialize in short term rentals , the manager Nicole was able to offer me the furniture pieces I needed . She even arranged the dining table to be delivered from another store .The selection is not very large but nice enough. Best thing - delivery and pick up is free !! . They also put the pieces together for you . Julian and Jeremy - the delivery guys were extremely nice . Will definitely use the rent- a Center again !”

“Went in today to return my rental that I had for three weeks. The gentleman that assisted me was extremely polite and helpful. There was another woman there who was being rude to another employee. The gentleman assisting me stepped in to help his colleague with her. The return process was quick and efficient. Gave 4 stars because there is an evident foul smell as you walk in. It was also there three weeks ago when I picked up the car. How terrible that the employees there have to be there all day with that horrible smell.”
“They gave me a car that smelled like cigarette smoke and mentioned that it is already in their system. This was the only mid sized car they had and we needed one so we took it. Fast forward to return time and I get a letter stating that the car smells and that they will charge me for it. This location does not answer their phones and return calls to rectify this issue. I will not be renting with Avis again.
Edit: I was able to get in touch with the location and they were able to help me out. 4 stars!”
“I feel compelled to leave this review for this Avis location as it was 1000 times better than the Avis location from which I originally rented my car. The agent here was kind, efficient and so helpful - actually printed my bill so I could see what the previous location had charged me (they refused to print a bill). The lot was easy to access and the location seemed safe. Thanks for ending my trip on a positive note!”

“Work trips and car accidents always lead us to this enterprise. It doesn’t always have the most attractive selection but it doesn’t get you to point a to point b. Just make sure you are outside when they inspect it before you rent it. One car had a ton of scratches. The man didn’t mark them but we sure made she that he did. I wasn’t going to be the one suckered into that repair bill.”
