“I had an exceptional experience with Enterprise, and I especially want to recognize Jacob, Rafal, and Ryan for the outstanding service they provided.
From beginning to end, the entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely stress-free. Their response times were excellent, and whenever I needed to call, I was able to get assistance right away without sitting on hold or being passed around. Communication was clear, quick, and professional throughout the entire experience.
The vehicle itself was extremely clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I received it. They even made sure the tank was filled up for me, which I really appreciated. It’s the small details like that, combined with excellent customer service, that make a major difference.
Jacob, Rafal, and Ryan were all professional, helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with. They made me feel like my time and business were actually valued rather than making the rental process feel like just another transaction.
Overall, this was easily one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. Amazing service, great communication, a spotless vehicle, and a team that went above and beyond to make everything convenient. I would absolutely recommend this Enterprise location and specifically Jacob, Rafal, and Ryan to anyone looking for excellent service.

“My family and I had a wonderful experience with this enterprise branch. I especially would like to thank Antwon for his excellent customer service.
I was running late for my drop off appointment that was on a Saturday. The appointment was for 12pm and my GPS had me arriving at 2pm. Mind you this particular enterprise is closed on Sunday so I was looking at a three day charge for a rental I no longer needed. I called enterprise and Antwon answered, he listened and told me that he would call me back. He went above and beyond and at the last minute was able to get my drop off appointment moved to 2pm. I made it there at 1:30 and was spared the 3 day charge that was staring down at me! The staff also calked me a on Monday to let me know that they found my daughter's lost book. Thank you Antwon for everything!”

“My first time to use Sixt was September 2025 Miami, FL. Service, efficiency and attentive agents were all wonderful. This time I used Sixt in the South Loop of Chicago and it was even BETTER! I will now ONLY USE SIXT for car rentals. Tobias, the Senior Branch Manager went above and beyond in helping me with a problem. As I was in security at O’Hare airport, I discovered I still had the keys in my pocket. I could have died because my flight was leaving in minutes for another country. The Sixt customer service line gave me an email address to contact the loop office. Tobias replied and helped me with what to do. I sent the key Fed Ex over night. Problem solved.
Great friendly service and stress relief over the top. …And there was even more to my experience: the less expensive car I reserved for fuel efficiency, had a problem and they upgraded to a little larger car at no charge. It was also very efficient on fuel. For me the upgrade was a dream because I was in the car a lot. I think I will pay more for a nicer car next time. Thank you for the best customer service!”
