“Batteries Plus website said the car battery I needed was available in Northbrook, which would be 50 minutes from my house according to Google maps. I called the Oak Lawn store I've always gone to and was assisted by "Avi." He was patient as I explained I sought a higher end battery for my 25 year old Mercedes SL500. Not only was he quick to check stock and confirm he did have the battery your website reported wasn't in stock locally to me, but he also informed me of the dates the battery had arrived onto his shelves. Avi informed me of the store hours and said if I was going to be arriving near closing, I just needed to let him know. I arrived within 30 minutes and all went well as he provided me with my battery. Thank you Batteries Plus for always coming through for me!”

“I called prior to going to the location and the young man that I spoke to was very helpful. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and the young man that helped me out was very polite and helpful as well. He was very patient with me. During pickup, when speaking with the technician I felt good about the repair. He explained what he’d done and was very transparent about other things he noticed while fixing the device. Overall, I am pleased with the service and will return to this location in the future. I will also refer others to this location. Thanks so much!”
