“01-3-25, I came into target and to my surprise there were NO WORKING ELETRIC CARTS. I can only do my shopping due to my knees, in a cart. I spoke with a young lady named Megan, who was very understanding about my complaint. She took the time to go back down stairs to plug in all the carts. I shared with her if I need one, someone else will need one. She did offer to go look for me a heating pad, and she offered me a $5 card. I told her thank you, I just appreciate you listening and plugging in the carts. THANK YOU MEGAN”
