“I kind of think these bad experiences at this location are coming from the customer side. Whenever I go to this location, Erica, Anthony, and the others always go above and beyond to provide me with a good experience, including, staying after hours to make sure everyone was taken care of properly. Yes, they do try and "sell", but that LITERALLY their job. But, they always do it in a professional manner and exercise a level of compassion toward the customer. For lack of better terms, the crew there has some finesse. I've been here MULTIPLE times with MULTIPLE issues, and they ALWAYS make sure my problem is solved and taken care of. Quite frankly, that team deserves raises. They actually know what us customer service, a rarity in today's world.”
“Not sure why so many bad reviews about the customer service on here. The customer service here is great. The only bad thing about this place is parking. Lol. Seriously though, Julian is a phenomenal employee. Patient, considerate, intelligent and the dude seriously does everything he can to listen and make sure you get everything the way you want. Can't say enough good things about the guy, he's awesome. Worth waiting for him if you have to wait.”
