On the negative side, the facility ran out of oatmeal shampoo, and the wash station was heavily littered with dog hair. On the positive side, the customer service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond trying to coax our stubborn Rottweiler into the bath. When he refused to cooperate, they generously refunded our payment. I would gladly give them five stars in the future if the cleanliness of the area is improved.

Suburban Animal Hospital
10929 South Cicero Avenue, Oak LawnFor ten years I’ve taken my dog to a vet but he moved 2 hours away. So I found this hospital in my town. I’ve seen Dr. Senese twice and she is very knowledgeable and professional. She is so knowledgeable about what medicines work. I took him in for severe runs and she gave such amazing medicine that no other vets ever have. He was feeling so much better with the medicine she prescribed. Today I went for my dogs injured paw and there was a new vet I haven’t seen Dr. Balcazar and she was so compassionate and the first time my dog opened up to a vet for pets besides the one he knew since he was a puppy. He let her examine his paw and even feed him a pup cup which he’s never accepted from anyone before :0 Dr. Senese was so kind and gave some advice on what to do for his paw as well. Theres also a male vet tech who is compassionate as well that my dog really opens up to and allows to be held by when he needs his blood work. They are so compassionate m and really great at what they do. Also my dog is a 90lb Olde/American Bulldog and others vets usually get intimidated, but not here. I highly recommend you take your dogs to Suburban Animal Hospital.

6220 W 95th St, Oak LawnIt was shot time for my golden doodle and he knew it. The Dr and assistant took and began cuddling him. His check up went well and the shots were given very discreetly. The shot package was very reasonable. They never let me down!!!

10929 S Cicero Ave, Oak LawnDr. Velkov was extremely helpful when my dog tore her acl and had zero stability in her knee. On Dec 23rd Dr. Velkov did an emergency procedure right before the holidays because he didn’t want her to suffer through Christmas. We are so grateful and she is recovering very well. Amen ? God bless you sir ? Doctor Velkov was very detailed in explaining everything about the surgery and his sense of urgency to help was truly heart warming. You can tell he actually genuinely cares about his patients. 100% recommend him to anyone.

Only downside is that the food is quite a bit more expensive than I would expect, but everything is made from scratch at this restaurant so the extra cost may make sense to some. I would recommend this restaurant for their delicious flavor! The nachos and the quesabirria were our favorites. The deserts we did not care for much.

I gave them 5 stars just because that combination sauce on my seafood boil was the best I have ever had, and I've had many. Our server was super sweet, and there was enough space at the table for us to eat without bumping elbows. Would definitely recommend and return.
