On the negative side, the facility ran out of oatmeal shampoo, and the wash station was heavily littered with dog hair. On the positive side, the customer service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond trying to coax our stubborn Rottweiler into the bath. When he refused to cooperate, they generously refunded our payment. I would gladly give them five stars in the future if the cleanliness of the area is improved.

I also take strays I find here to get checked for a chip, looked at and ready for me to find them home. Best Veterinarian and team I’ve ever encountered and that is why even though I have moved I always make the drive here. I trust them, they’re reliable, organized, knowledgeable and thorough. Can’t thank them enough.

10929 S Cicero Ave, Oak LawnI trust Dr. Senese implicitly with anything having to do with my dogs. She’s extremely knowledgeable and always has my dog’s best interests in mind. She is so very kind and compassionate, and has the patience of a saint! The entire staff at the clinic are wonderful too. I recommend Dr. Senese to literally everyone and a bunch of my friends and family have switched to her. They all say the same thing- they’re so happy they started going to her! I cannot say enough good about Suburban Animal Hospital- I am incredibly grateful for them!

6220 W 95th St, Oak LawnIt was shot time for my golden doodle and he knew it. The Dr and assistant took and began cuddling him. His check up went well and the shots were given very discreetly. The shot package was very reasonable. They never let me down!!!

10929 S Cicero Ave, Oak LawnDr. Velkov was extremely helpful when my dog tore her acl and had zero stability in her knee. On Dec 23rd Dr. Velkov did an emergency procedure right before the holidays because he didn’t want her to suffer through Christmas. We are so grateful and she is recovering very well. Amen ? God bless you sir ? Doctor Velkov was very detailed in explaining everything about the surgery and his sense of urgency to help was truly heart warming. You can tell he actually genuinely cares about his patients. 100% recommend him to anyone.

Only downside is that the food is quite a bit more expensive than I would expect, but everything is made from scratch at this restaurant so the extra cost may make sense to some. I would recommend this restaurant for their delicious flavor! The nachos and the quesabirria were our favorites. The deserts we did not care for much.

I gave them 5 stars just because that combination sauce on my seafood boil was the best I have ever had, and I've had many. Our server was super sweet, and there was enough space at the table for us to eat without bumping elbows. Would definitely recommend and return.
