11917 S Harlem Ave, Palos HeightsI have a skittish 25 lb terrier and have tried sooo many groomers, who for some reason or another, were unable to finish grooming our little guy...so we gave ruff cuts a try and they were able to wash groom cut and nails with no problem...they did a great job with his temperament and it's soooo appreciated ! I was in a desperate situation: I had just been released from the hospital and the same day my dog’s health had declined and she needed end of life care. I called 10 local veterinary offices and was turned down by each and every one including by my own veterinary office that I have been going to for a few years. When my own vet wouldn't see me, this office stepped up and squeezed me in without hesitation. Despite being a new client, they treated me and my dog with the utmost dignity, compassion, and urgency. Their willingness to help during such a vulnerable moment meant the world to me. Thank you to Angelyse, staff and Dr. Joel Mills for being there when we needed it most.

The employees are friendly and helpful.
Decor is fantastic. You feel like you’re on a tropical beach.
Will definitely be stopping in anytime we’re nearby to try everything….because it all looks delicious.
