“Annie provided outstanding assistance to me in assisting with my move in on Saturday. We were running quite late, but she assured me and my crew that all would be ready when we arrived. Annie went out of her way to clearly explain the facility procedures, demonstrated operation of the keypad entry and lock, and got me through the paperwork with thorough explanations of rental details, while in record time. Her upbeat and friendly demeanor made the arduous experience pleasant. The facility itself is clean and bright, the loading dock is large and easily accessible from both street and storage units, and large, easily maneuverable carts are ready for use immediately adjacent to the dock area. If I could give Annie and Life Storage La Grange Park 10 starts, I would do so in a heartbeat!”

“My experience was top notch, I had a mechanic / tech that didn't try and upsale anything and he was transparent with me. He should me the broken mounts on my apu. I feel Perry didn't try to bs me and I believe that others could learn from this man. Very professional and kept me informed of the major problems that I had with my apu unit, actually showed the reason. Perry was very thorough and I recommend Gatway to any one. Wish they had people like Perry in every establishment like this.I hope gateway realizes that they have a 1 of a kind, and won't sugar coat and take off of any issue and will keep you in the loop, Perry is the man. “Big Shout Out to Maria and the team over at U-Haul Archer Heights for providing the best customer service I have ever experienced. Had reserved a truck that got pushed to another location and all the equipment I rented was not provided. Traveled over to the Archer Heights location to get everything I ordered, and the system was trying to charge me $200! Online I had paid roughly $50, I was sick to my stomach bro. The team there got Maria on the line and she got me right, and I paid the proper price that I paid online. All this to say that this is a team that cares and is willing to help their customers out. Not something that is common practice and is always appreciated when it happens.

Honestly, they are very upright because when you drive a car and you think it is not right, they always try to make sure your car is in perfect condition and they are also people who, when someone goes and says this is not good, the man always tries to fix the problem and That counts a lot like me, well, I went because I had already bought my battery there and the very kind man still did not have the coverage and he was very kind. He changed it for me and well, they are small things that one as a buyer or client Well, look for attention And the details are when you return. Honestly, I have been going to that workshop for about 20 years exactly and sincerely, you return to where they treat you well and give you good service and that the people are aware.
