“I financed a car through CAFCU today and the experience was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and incredibly personal.
Alicia, my loan officer, was phenomenal. She took the time to thoroughly review my income and worked with me to secure not only a great auto loan with an excellent interest rate but also surprised me with a $15,000 increase to my credit card limit—completely unexpected, but much appreciated! Alicia made the entire process feel easy and tailored to my needs, and I truly felt like more than just another customer.
I also had the pleasure of working with Mike in underwriting, who was equally impressive. He walked me through every detail, explained all the necessary paperwork clearly, and ensured my loan check was overnighted to the dealership so I could pick up my new car on time for my birthday! His attention to detail and communication made a huge difference.
