“i’ve had to come here a few times to drop off online return orders, including some from amazon. the front desk people are very helpful. one woman helped me last time and she walked me through how to get amazon on the phone promptly so that i could get more return labels (they hadn’t sent me enough) and then she helped me quickly print those labels in the store. parking out front is somewhat difficult due to limited street parking and busy street but i’ve been lucky every time i’ve come.”

“I walk pass this place, almost everyday, I needed storage and Ian went above and beyond to help me get a storage room that would fit my things at a great rate, place is very clean and the have cameras everywhere, even another customer that Ian was helping also said this place is great. “I went to the UPS store in Lincoln Village, in Chicago, and Ali went out of his way to help me. He notarized a document for me and my husband and then helped me copy and fax over 20 pages. He was extremely courteous, patient and efficient. While I was waiting for my fax to complete I observed his behavior with multiple other customers and he was just as kind and helpful with everyone else. I am so glad I chose this store.”

“The woman who owns this business is super super super nice and patient. I came in to get a something packaged up from the Italian market next door and other stuff. I would have had her ship it out but I needed to use brown which she does not have as an option. She directed me to walk east down the block to the brown store. Her boxing and packaging prices seem to be more economical than the brown stores and Fdx Office. I would support her business again if I happen to be back in Chicago. Personally I prefer to patronize small business owners.”
“I only go to this UPS store. The owners (I think) Kate and Michael are hustlers! :0). If there is a line they keep it moving. They are efficient, knowledgeable and kind! Mike is currently helping me ship something odd shaped and is going above and beyond trying to help me find the most cost effective way to ship it. It's a huge (UPS) company with a small boutique feel and costumer service. Thank you ?”
