“i’ve had to come here a few times to drop off online return orders, including some from amazon. the front desk people are very helpful. one woman helped me last time and she walked me through how to get amazon on the phone promptly so that i could get more return labels (they hadn’t sent me enough) and then she helped me quickly print those labels in the store. parking out front is somewhat difficult due to limited street parking and busy street but i’ve been lucky every time i’ve come.”

“Great experience renting from Storage post in Albany Park, thanks to the location manager Claudia.
I didn't have the best experience with their corporate customer service team, lots of conflicting information, but the Albany Park location manager Claudia made sure the unit I rented was accessible from the elevator and parking was available right outside of the entrance to the elevator. As a person with mobility issues, this made a big difference for me. She also took the time to make sure everything worked well during my visits.
I found the facility to a clean, well lit & organized.
I do recommend storing items in closed containers, I noticed a lot of dust accumulated during the 6 months I didn't access my unit.
Price is very compatible with other storage locations, less expensive & reasonably priced than Extra Space storage.”
“This is a fantastic UPS store. If you are helped by Omar, you are seriously in good hands. He is friendly, super knowledgeable, and will ensure that your package gets delivered appropriately and handle any problems that happen along the way. We shipped several packages across the country and he helped us tape them together and send them out all at the same time so that they would also deliver at the same time. The service at this UPS store is fantastic and I’m really glad I shipped my packages with this store.”

“I went to the UPS store in Lincoln Village, in Chicago, and Ali went out of his way to help me. He notarized a document for me and my husband and then helped me copy and fax over 20 pages. He was extremely courteous, patient and efficient. While I was waiting for my fax to complete I observed his behavior with multiple other customers and he was just as kind and helpful with everyone else. I am so glad I chose this store.”

“The woman who owns this business is super super super nice and patient. I came in to get a something packaged up from the Italian market next door and other stuff. I would have had her ship it out but I needed to use brown which she does not have as an option. She directed me to walk east down the block to the brown store. Her boxing and packaging prices seem to be more economical than the brown stores and Fdx Office. I would support her business again if I happen to be back in Chicago. Personally I prefer to patronize small business owners.”

“I have used East Bank Storage twice: once for an extended period and recently for a brief period.
East Bank is clean, dry, free of bugs, and safe when you visit your locker. There has never been any mold or mildew on my belongings.
The staff gives good customer service, especially Linda. She assesses what you need and can come up with a locker that is just the right size and within your budget.
I would recommend East Bank to anyone.”

Today I came in with an Amazon return that was a bit unusual and while there was a disagreement about how it would be managed, we came to a quick and easy resolution and everyone was so cool and easy to work with.
