“Soooo Kimberly is the absolute BEST! This was by far the best experience I’ve had entering an AT&T store. I stopped in before leaving for Cancun to upgrade my phone and she made things so simple for me. She explained the differences in the latest IPhones, ensured things were correct on my account and was an overall delight.
