Oak Park Place Apartments is an exceptional apartment community offering studio, one, two, and three-bedroom homes. It is professionally managed, with a leasing and office staff described as top-notch, super nice, straight up, amiable, responsive, incredibly friendly, and helpful. The maintenance staff is also excellent, fixing issues promptly and timely. The building and property are always clean, and management keeps residents in the loop with updates. The location is perfect, in the historically rich community of Oak Park, close to shopping and restaurants. It is near the city, about 20 minutes down the highway, offering a decent and affordable alternative to abominable city rent. A major plus is the Trader Joe’s on the ground floor. Amenities are full-building and perfect, including a large connected parking garage. The community is pet-friendly with lots of friendly pets and neighbors. Residents are consistently friendly and respectful. Overall, experiences are smooth, easy, and positive, making it a highly recommended place to live.
Lived here for about 9 months and it’s been great. The staff is very friendly and responsive, the construction is solid, and location can’t be beat.
