My first experience with American Mattress was over 13 years ago in MI actually!
Due to a large department store letting me know all of our bedding could not be delivered as promised, I went to the New Buffalo store and in just 3 days had furnished all our beds in our remodeled lakehouse!
And my excitement that everything was set up and all wrappings removed!
And of course, back to the employee!

“Wow! Such a great experience. My husband and I got a Nectar a month ago and we were not happy, we needed something firmer. All I can say is Casper was the most helpful, we came in twice and they were so patient, educated and we also got to try all the beds we might buy. Hector helped us on Saturday decide we were going with Casper and then Owais helped us with the purchase a few days later. Did not feel pressured to go with the higher end bed, really they just gave us time to find what a good nights sleep for us could be. Hopeful and grateful for Oak Brook Casper’s help! Can’t wait to sleep tonight”
