“Jim (the owner) was incredibly professional and personable. He helped me find a comfortable mattress that I could afford, without trying to oversell me on anything. Bonus, he was very sweet to my daughter! A few days later I was gifted a mattress by a friend and needed to return my my purchase - he quickly and graciously gave me a full refund. If and when I do need another mattress, I will absolutely be returning here. Hands down the best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time. Thank you, Jim!”

“Jonathon our sales person was very helpful and listen to our concerns. He did not try to oversell us and understood what we came in for. He showed different brands until we found the one we wonted. He didn’t rush the sale he explained everything. I would send people to this store to see Jonathon any day”

“The furniture designs looked modern and clean, which initially attracted me. I bought a TV cabinet and small bookshelf. Staff were polite but slightly slow when the store got busy. Billing went fine. Delivery came in 5 days. One shelf had uneven paint on the edge, but they offered a replacement or partial refund. I chose replacement and got it within 3 days. The final setup looks very neat in my living room and matches my interior style well.”
