Jesse, the owner, was absolutely great to work with. My son’s iPad needed a new screen, and not only was he able to replace it affordably, but he had it done in under an hour. I honestly thought we’d have to order parts and come back another day—but he took care of it so fast!
And I love the whole vibe of the place. He’s got a repair space, a Pokémon card collection area, and a vape shop all in one. It’s such a fun and convenient one-stop shop.

It is not often you run into young customer service reps in retail that are as switched on as these two. They are truly a credit to the company. They deserve raises!! I was given options, the explanations were clear and concise and honest. The additional battery replacement I was offered was also at a discount since I was there to have the earpiece speaker replaced or cleaned. It turned out a cleaning was all it needed. That kept the price down. In less than 24 hours I referred two people. I had been referred myself by my tenant.Do yourself a favour.... do NOT consider anyone else for your repairs.Now, about those raises....... :-)”
