They needed help with correcting the rip off phones and service they were scammed into buying at Sam's Club in the Midway area. Victor S assisted us with great professionalism, patience and understanding. After about 3 hours and Victor making multiple calls to T-Mobile customer service (which I was on the phone with for 3 hours the night before trying to clear up the mess), Victor got everything rectified and even was able to get them a credit for what was claimed to be an unpaid first billing. “Phones fixed. Coordination was easy. Nick was very professional and handled my questions effectively. Only one hiccup. Sim card wasn't aligned and it needed to be aligned so the phone recognized it was there. All good. Phone works again and no chance to cut my fingers on the broken screen. Thanks.”
