“I was driving from Downers Grove to Springfield on I55 August 12th. It was pouring rain. All of the sudden my car would only go 35 mph. I got off at the Dwight exit and stopped at Jensen's BP. A couple of men looked at my car. One man drove it. They recommended that I take it to the dealer and that the engine has a lifetime warranty. They told me the best route to take back to my home to avoid using I55. Thank you very much for your help!!”
“I had a bad front-end wobble when breaking so I stopped at Hometown Auto, in Pontiac, IL. I thought I had some severe front-end damage. Turns out my rotors were warped. He didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need or want. replaced the rotors, checked my entire bake system, and had me safely back on the road in short order. Nice kid, with fast, honest service. Highly recommend.”

“I had a tire blow out on I-55, it was so hot out, semi trucks were flying by me… there was no way I could’ve changed the tire.
I called and they responded right away! I was so impressed with how kind and helpful he was. He worked very quickly and efficiently, I could tell he has a lot of experience. But, most importantly, I felt very safe and could tell he cared. The price was more than reasonable.

“We had contacted Rick for some work on our '09 vehicle. Rick does quality work and his rate was very affordable. Part of the repair might have required an additional part so Rick made sure the part was there just in case. Thankfully he was able to complete the repair without the additional part and extra cost. He took this extra step to make sure we got our vehicle back in a timely manner. From a mutual friend of ours we found out about this service garage. Rick was able to fit us in his busy schedule and repaired our vehicle as promised. Your vehicle will eventually have repair issues and we are glad Rick is an option.
