“Had a recent issue with my 2018 F-150. Engine suddenly ran extremely rough. Took it straight to Fraher Ford and left in the lot, since it was closed. (Sunday) Left message for them concerning the issue. They serviced the vehicle the next day and diagnosed #4 cylinder misfiring. Compression testing came back good. They replaced the failed coil pack on #4, and replaced all 8 original spark plugs, along with regular oil/filter change service. I was very pleased with the timely response to the situation! Truck runs great! Thanks to the folks at Fraher Ford in Pontiac’ IL!!”
“I had a bad front-end wobble when breaking so I stopped at Hometown Auto, in Pontiac, IL. I thought I had some severe front-end damage. Turns out my rotors were warped. He didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need or want. replaced the rotors, checked my entire bake system, and had me safely back on the road in short order. Nice kid, with fast, honest service. Highly recommend.”

“Customer service.This location has set the bar, my daughter and friends were driving home from Chicago. In the snowstorm, thank you so much. I'm not going to and wound up hitting a curb after filling up on fuel. Car was picked up by another company and this is where it started, I spoke with Robin she stated that they had not received the car. She said let me make a few calls, less then 5 she found it.
