The Samsung TV sales lady is also sweet and knowledgeable. The customer service, even when we are just browsing to pick our next appliances or electronics for work, at the Fairview Heights location is great. My husband finally paid for the annual membership card since we buy enough at Best Buy to justify it, and honestly I see the credit card in his future as long as we get to buy our next refrigerator with it from Tina :)”
