“Brought my newly purchased used car in because it had a sudden, horrible, scraping noise coming from the tire. Mark, who was very kind and has an excellent sense of humor, checked me in and reassured me. Cody checked it out and found the issue immediately (rusted dust shield) and fixed it in about 5 minutes. When he brought my keys back, he took the time to explain exactly what the issue had been, how he fixed it, and what to watch out for in the future. I will be coming back here for any future work I need done, especially if Mark is there to chat with while I wait!”

“August, 2024 I decided to replace my fuel pump for my 1999 Honda Accord EX V6. I always used OEM parts as long as they are available. Unfortunately, the OEM pump was defected, and so was the second one that was a replacement.
Unfortunately, the car would not start, so I had to reply on a towing service to take my car to Serra Honda. In over twenty six years of owning this car, this would be the first time the car was ever towed.
I contacted Clete's and had scheduled a pick up time. Everything ran smoothly. The process was handled with care.
If I ever need to be towed, and hopefully that will never happen again, I would depend on Clete's Inc!”
