“After having Cricket Wireless for the past 5 months, I can honestly say that I am very happy with the service and coverage. Since we brought our own phones, the plan was a lot cheaper than some of the competition. We have 4 lines and it's only $100 a month. The best part is there is no contract and zero commitment. The employee was friendly and helpful during the whole process. Would definitely recommend Cricket, especially to those on a budget.”

I got a supposedly free phone which is the Samsung A15. I'm really confused though as to why a payment for this month is coming up. I'm gonna call and try getting everything straightened out. But for the most part the customer service part was great!!”

I love how there was a tv with cartoons showing for my kids to be occupied. This store is further from where I live, but I will always come back confidently knowing that Jazlyn is there to help!”
“i was in the store this morning and spoke with DARIAN and CANADA about an issue i was having with my phone. They were more helpful in 10 minutes than other stores and Best Buy have been in the last 3 days. Prior to today i was told the only way to unlock my phone was to go to Apple that is 40 miles away. “Every time I’ve gone into this store I’ve been greeted with nothing but respect and smiles! Just recently I went in with an issue on my screen and Adam gladly helped replace my screen protector. The manager, Jameson was also having a great conversation with me during the whole process. I haven’t had the chance to work with Carson, Dylan, or Erica yet but from what I saw when I went in they seem VERY nice! If you’re looking to get a new phone or just need some accessories I HIGHLY recommend this store! You won’t regret it!”
