“After having Cricket Wireless for the past 5 months, I can honestly say that I am very happy with the service and coverage. Since we brought our own phones, the plan was a lot cheaper than some of the competition. We have 4 lines and it's only $100 a month. The best part is there is no contract and zero commitment. The employee was friendly and helpful during the whole process. Would definitely recommend Cricket, especially to those on a budget.”

“Every time I’ve gone into this store I’ve been greeted with nothing but respect and smiles! Just recently I went in with an issue on my screen and Adam gladly helped replace my screen protector. The manager, Jameson was also having a great conversation with me during the whole process. I haven’t had the chance to work with Carson, Dylan, or Erica yet but from what I saw when I went in they seem VERY nice! If you’re looking to get a new phone or just need some accessories I HIGHLY recommend this store! You won’t regret it!”
“I have been deciding on where to purchase a new phone. I made the decision to go with Cricket today. Lexi was very kind in assisting me and she handed me a paper with rate plans etc. I wanted just one line for $25. This was only available with auto pay. I got a supposedly free phone which is the Samsung A15. I'm really confused though as to why a payment for this month is coming up. I'm gonna call and try getting everything straightened out. But for the most part the customer service part was great!!”
