There was one incident I have had that upset me but after it was explained to me, it made sense and is just part of their policies . These policies are things myself and others should look into and understand before signing up with any bank to further educate ourselves on what they can and can’t do . It seems most are upset or confused of the policies in hand because they are not understood before an account is open. That is on us as a customer not asking these questions if they are not answered to us by the employee. Over all I think the ladies in there do a great job and are not rude at all at least at the Peru branch. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!”
