“Small town hardware store at it's absolute finest. Hard to find items. A staff of mature (not old) staff that will walk you to what you are looking for. I cannot believe people waste their time and fuel to go to a big box stores or the inevitable hassle of buying online.
In the rare event of a Customer Service need after the sale; you don't have to wait on never ending hold, just to talk to someone in India or Guatemala; just pick up the phone and call the store directly.
Buying locally has it's advantages.
Unfortunately, it's like our God given rights, use them or lose them.”
